Toys on Fire UK Reviews

A shop you can trust to deliver the goods! The owner is fantastic and always responds to any queries. I’ve purchased multiple figures from him at this point and it’s always been a smooth and easy transaction!

I’ve ordered a few figures now and have several on pre-order. No fuss or hassle, and really helpful with queries. Even had follow up messages to check in! Order with confidence

Great communication & kept you up to date with your order.
Fantastic customer service, and bought my first InArt (Aragorn) figure through them and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Great trusted seller! has great communication

First time buyer, saved me from not having an inart legolas! A previous supplier did a runner and they had some slots left so managed to get one. Just wait for invoice now and all great

Have purchased most of my collection through ToysOnFire and have to say he is the best in the game. 5 star communication with updates on your orders and pulls out all the stops to even source you long sold out figures. Would recommend to everyone either new to the 1/6 world or a veteran of the collecting business. Will always support him as he has always supported our collections for many years and will do for many years to come! Thank you ToysOnFire!

It’s rare to find a company that’s this trustworthy and down-to-earth. You can really tell they care about their customers and the collecting community. I honestly can’t praise them enough.

I have always found TOF to have great customer service, fast with their deliveries, very well protected packages, and awesome in their communication with their customers.

They were also kind enough to reach out to me a few years back to see if they could help, when another supplier unfortunately went bankrupt and I lost all of my preorders.

I'll only buy from TOF now.

Always had a great experience with Toys on Fire.
Great prices and speedy delivery.
