Toys on Fire UK Reviews

Order a few collectibles from here before. The owner is really nice and can be found on Facebook collectible groups. Gets involved in the community. Good laugh, honest and looks after you. Great aftermarket assistance and get figures hard to find. Check feedback on these groups. His a gem.

Great service and responsive customer service. Treating you well and having a lot of knowledge about latest Hot Toys figures and premium collectibles. Surely the most reliable place to get them in UK.

Brilliant store, cannot recommend enough ! Excellent pricing and payment plans available. Any queries are always answered urgently and support is immense. Can easily buy anything from them with the upmost confidence - they're the gem of the UK. Will always use them for anything 1/6th !

This is my go to store for all my 1/6 scale collectibles! I can’t rate them highly enough, Bandong is the man! Fantastic experience as always and the communication and service is second to none!

Can’t really praise them enough, responsive, helpful and a great service all round.
Prices are reasonable, shipping is very speedy and the products are excellent.

Incredible service, great prices and excellent customer service, what else could you ask for. Thank you ToysonFire 🙌

Toys On Fire UK is great at getting Hot Toys products *very* quickly. Like, months earlier than other retailers. You pay a premium for this, but it's not massively excessive. I'm convinced there's a person in Japan buying the stock and then shipping it over, as the products I've bought have never come in the Hot Toys shipper boxes.
Doesn't bother me, though and I've bought a few items which have always been processed and delivered quickly. Can't fault on this front. Definitely buy with confidence!

TOF has always provided the best customer service, having bought several figures from him, I can safely say he has provided 5 star service every time. Products have arrived very fast and always in mint condition as they are doubled boxed and packaged with care. In the early days he found some very hard to find grails and checked them over before sending, couldn’t be happier with them, very grateful !

Friendly reliable service, easy to chat with and I had speedy delivery too. Hoping to place more orders soon!

My go to GOAT for anything in my collection!

Been let down by a few other sellers recently by poor contact or going missing for months on end but Bandong is the real deal! Him and his wife are committed and make buying for my collection a breeze, would 10/10 recommend.

I think I’m up to my 5th or 6th order now and looking forward with many more to come 👍🏼

Excellent customer service, they have responded to messages and enquiries quickly. There was an issue with shipping but they sorted things out straight away. Would definitely recommend if you want to support a UK company selling Hot Toys. I will definitely use them for any future preorders.

The best UK hot toys seller out there! Company oozes class from top to bottom! Run by a great guy and always quick to help with any issues. If you’re in thr market for movie collectibles then this is your guy. I have had well over 10 orders and been using them for over 3 years and every time it’s such a smooth transaction. Owner is very easy to deal with and is such a great guy also. Buy with confidence!

Toys On Fire are a fantastic company! I've brought about 6 figures now from them, all of them dealt with very well. Deals are often on their Facebook page, they keep in touch regularly when ordered or have a pre-order. If you're after a particular figure, Toys On Fire can look out for it, for you! Very happy to deals with them!

Excellent communication, all round top service. My go to for figures
