Toys on Fire UK Reviews

Had not ordered with them before but certainly will again, paypal protection, shipped Royal Mail special delivery. My Kit fisto is amazing!

Another excellent transaction with TOF, super fast delivery and the usual solid packaging. Bought so many figures now from this company and still have another 9 pre orders with them, TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY!

I have purchase several Hot Toys figures from TOF and have always been very happy with the transactions. They ship very quickly after launch, unlike some companies where I have waited several months post release. Highly recommended!

Honestly best service I’ve had for hot toys purchases. Items arrive very quickly and always well packaged.

I've been a customer for the last 3 years since I started collecting Hot Toys and the ToF team have been fantastic! They supplied my first ever figure and even helped to source some harder to find ones. The website is great as you can secure via a deposit and the customer service is personable and second to none! Thanks ToF!!

Best Hot Toys seller in the business. Item was delivered fast with clear communication from the seller. Arrived with no problems and in perfect condition.

When I’ve ordered in stock items, they’ve arrived quickly and safely. Good communication and customer service.

Order a Spiderman 2099, great price and was shipped super quick, arrived after a few days, great communication and awesome site, well recommend

Have used Toys on Fire multiple times for Hot Toys purchases and for sourcing various figures. Always incredibly transparent when you message them on Facebook and super friendly. Will never hesitate to use them if they have the figure I want. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. Everything I have bought has been well packaged and arrived on time. Highly recommended.

Over the last two years I've brought many figures from Toys on Fire. Some from their shop, some that they have sought out for me. Each time, the service has been kind and very informative when posting out to me. A top quality seller who puts service at the heart of everything they do.

Top marks, fantastic service and super fast delivery! Very happy with my Hot Toy purchases and will certainly use again!

Easy to deal with. Man of words. Superb service! Will definitely recommend to others looking into 1/6 collecting. Can also offer limited exclusive items.

Easily one of the best 1/6 suppliers in the UK. Great communication, excellent prices and fast delivery. What more can you ask for. Brilliant stuff. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They really go out of their way to accommodate to each buyers needs and work with you to help build your collection. Website is very clear, easy to use and they also use social media and are very responsive. Would highly recommend.

My go to for Hot Toys for many years. Packaging is superb, shipping is super quick and secure. My latest figure (Ahsoka) is perfect and the customer service provided by Toys On Fire is first class. TOF are experts in this field, and genuinely care about making collectors happy. I cannot recommend highly enough. Best of the Best.

Best Hot Toys seller for UK buyers. Spent thousands with our good man Bandong so far, preorders and in stock alike. Gets preorders out super fast, within days of HK release. Great prices, amazing after care and just a stellar guy. Couldn’t recommend anyone more if you’re in the UK and looking to expand your collection or entering the hobby.

Toys on fire is one of my go to, if not my top contact for getting collectibles. He will not let you down, always goes above to get the best prices and stick and always available to support his customers. All my pre orders are with him, wouldn’t risk going anywhere new now lol. Buy with confidence!

I’ve been a collector for over 25 years and Hot Toys for around 12 of those. Toys on Fire UK is great service, responsive and my go to place to secure those exclusive items. Highly recommended.

Always reliable and easy to contact, ToF will not let you down with your sixth scale figure purchases. Bought and pre-ordered many a figure from them now and every single time the figure has arrived early, in immaculate condition and without fault. Would wholly recommend to any collector new to the hobby looking for a reliable place to purchase, or old who is looking for a reliable place to secure those harder to find figures. 5* seller
