I called TPT

I cannot get into my Portal and have not been able to for several months, i was told someone would phone me as they were updating the website. I have contacted the team several times. Eventually I got an email from IT but the fix still did not work and you cannot get to speak to them directly when you phone back. Phoned again and was in the middle of a lengthy conversation when the phone went dead. The support person did not try to phone me back. I have phoned them again and now awaiting further contact. I'm just going round in circles, it is very frustrating.

Paula williams was just great, very supportive and friendly. The whole process was so much better when you are speaking to someone like Paula.

Over a year later and they still won’t transfer my pension fund.
What a joke of a company. My employer is trying to move our pensions yet TPT are withholding our transfers and keeping hold of our money.
This has been going on for over a year. Why?
They don’t acknowledge correspondence, ignore official complaints and as a result I’ve suffered financials losses due to their higher management fee and missing out on profit share of my pension fund.
This company should be closed down. They are an absolute disgrace. They claim to not have forms returned to them, but miraculously then locate these 8 months later, yet still don’t transfer funds.

Formal dispute raised with TPT over 2 months ago and they’ve failed to even reply to that.
Escalated to pension ombudsman.

Polite and professional service from Jyoti. Provided all the information that I required.
