I would advise caution when purchasing from TPW Trading Ltd.

Before the sale, communication was good and responsive. However, after payment was made, this changed significantly.

I purchased a van from TPW Trading Ltd. Within 7 days, the engine warning light appeared. The vehicle was returned for repair and I was later told that the issues had been resolved. Unfortunately, the warning light reappeared the very next morning.

An independent garage then confirmed that the catalytic converter and DPF had been removed, which is a serious issue. This was particularly concerning as I had asked directly whether any components were missing and was told that there were not.

During the period the van was being repaired, communication was difficult at times and updates were limited. The situation caused significant inconvenience, including loss of time and earnings.

A refund was eventually obtained, but this required persistence.

Overall, this was a stressful experience, and I would recommend that buyers carry out thorough independent checks before purchasing. AND.DO NOT TRUST TOM HE’S A BIG WEBSTER. HIGHLY AVOID!!!!

Purchasing my son’s first car was something I approached with a fair bit of anxiety, as any parent would. However, the entire experience turned out to be incredibly reassuring from start to finish.

The car was serviced promptly and delivered just three days later, which was both impressive and convenient. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

Had a positive experience with TWP with replacing my transit van dealing with both Tom and Liz
Initial viewing was with Tom who gave us freedom to view the vans with no sales pressure and allowing the unaccompanied test drive
Liz completed the final handover and again very friendly and helpful with assistance provided with vehicle taxation
Overall based on our experience would recommend TWP

I went to see a car that was advertised at an extremely reasonable price. When I got there Liz was very helpful, not pushy in any way and let me make my own mind up about the sale. Unfortunately it had an intermittent sensor fault but since it was within the warranty period they fixed it free of charge within a day. 100% recommended service and I will definitely be going there again for my next vehicle.

From start to finish Liz was fantastic, was completely transparent with all details and customer services was perfect. Everything was done as agreed and all timescales were met. Delivery was beyond expectations as the van was delivered all the way to Edinburgh and within days of purchase. Van was clean, presentable and all paper work was supplied. Highly recommend and if I’m purchasing again this will certainly be a place I check out!!

Tom was great just had my van delivered and I am 71 miles away he put a new windscreen in and was very helpful to me 5 stars Tom thank you very much

I had a brilliant experience with TPW Trading Limited. Liz and Tom were amazing from start to finish — they helped me find the perfect car for my needs and were genuinely friendly and professional throughout. When a minor issue came up a couple of days after buying, they sorted it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m looking for another car.

Bought a brilliant little Fiesta off these guys today. I rocked up out of the blue and was so impressed with Tom and Liz's customer service. Offered for me to take a look at any car I wanted and give it a quick run around the block. They were so warm and helpful, especially with someone who hadn't bought a car before. The process and paperwork was made really simple by Liz. Would highly recommend buying from these guys!

We have recently purchased a vehicle from TPW Trading Limited and couldn’t fault the service.
We dealt with Liz who sorted everything out for us. She was knowledgeable and experienced in the business. Liz also organised the delivery of the vehicle to our home address at a reasonable price.
It was a pleasure to buy a van from this company and we would highly recommend.

When the car was delivered on a trailer, it had a slow puncture a tyre pressure monitor fault no internal lights faulty aerial signal and not the right parcel shelf. Tom had the car back for about three weeks. and I would say he got fed up of trying to get all the faults done refused to give me a refund and in the end lied and said the tyre fault happened when I had it and the aerial is still poor I would never use them again or recommend them to nobody.
Tom had the car 3 weeks for repairs why not have the sensor fixed?
Why not do a proper diagnostic on the aerial ?
Why not give me a refund when I asked twice?
Warranty is a waste of money as sensor is wear n tear

I purchased a crew cab Vivaro the other day, Tpw have been great and very helpful. First time dealing with them but a good experience so far.

100% recommendation for TPW. We bought our son a car from here, a lovely red Polo. Drives beautifully. Our experience with them was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. When we came to look at the car in the snow, he actually came out to meet us, fantastic service. Looked after us, even when we had a problem with the battery. Absolutely fantastic; we will definitely be using them again. 😀 👍

Rang TPW Trading spoke to Tom and arranged a viewing for the next day. Turned up and was made to feel very welcome. His wife offered refreshments. Passed me the keys for the vehicle I went to see and Tom told me to take my time viewing the car and told me to take it for a test drive. No pressure tactics at all. Car as described so bought the car. Will definitely use again. Very happy. 9/10 as no biscuits were offered to go with the coffee?!
