If I could give a zero review I would. Tracker fitted on a Bailey Caravan / whilst in storage no battery alerts - when I collected the van (luckily was still there!) caravan battery completely dead unable to be charged - hence £200 new battery - then contacted Tracker to ask why no alerts and told battery in tracker needs repair/servicing at £150 - no confidence in this Tracker at all - despite paying monthly subscription tracker allowed to die and still no alerts - just glad it was stolen as insurance would not have covered it as Tracker ineffective😡.
Had alternative tracker fitted and rang to cancel subscription - email confirmation to say ‘thank you for informing us your van has been sold’ - my van was not SOLD we CANCELLED your tracker service

Tracker fitting experience.
Tracker let themselves down when they fail to inform customers of a subscription that may be coming to an end. Mine had lapsed, my responsibility but for what we pay it could be better.
When I rung Tracker to renew the representative I spoke to was polite but rushed through the process making her difficult to understand. However the process and booking was completed properly.
When the fitter arrived he was on time and polite but was ill prepared and had been given the wrong information as to the previous Tracker fitted and its location.
He then started to remove trim unnecessarily looking for it. There was a lack of experience and knowledge of the vehicle he was working on and this resulted in me having to get involved and help with the installation process.
The whole process was stressful and lacked professionalism, knowledge and experience. If it wasn’t a requirement for insurance a wouldn’t have had it fitted.

Easy Renewal
I've used Tracker for 20+ years and have always found them very easy to deal with, and today was no exception.
It's rare nowadays to get through to an actual person without having to go through several layers of poorly worded menus, or waiting for an hour listening to a message saying "your call is important to us..."
However with Tracker it is straight through to a person (Keya), who dealt with my questions and renewal quickly and without fuss.

Despite my phone call problems still persist.
The lady who answered my call was pleasant and helpful but despite updating my records that my car is now sold and I no longer have a Tracker, I'm still being pestered by alerts on land line and mobile phones that my car might be stolen. All fairly depressing.
