Positive about Tracker Network is that…
Positive about Tracker Network is that it works and alerts the vehicle owner when needed.
There membership is quite expensive compared with other tracker service providers. It's based on the car make and model, which is wrong in my opinion, It doesn't cost them anymore to track Mini Vs Rolls-Royce but the membership cost is higher for expensive cars. It appears that they have based on customers affordability!
Negatives are customers service calk waiting and lack of knowledge and ability to help on spot due to out of UK service.
Written correspondence is not much better either.

I had an issue logging in. I contacted Tracker on their telephone number, and spoke to a very polite gentleman who went through the procedure of registering in the Tracker App. This was done quickly and professionally. Thanks very much . 👍

Very poor.
As can be seen from my last one star review, I think that Tracker UK are a dreadful company to deal with.
First, in August last year when I renewed my subscription, they charged me twice. I got the money back, but could have done without the agro.
Then in January, I needed to cancel the policy as we had decided to purchase a new caravan. I called the call centre, gave them a date and asked for the policy to be cancelled.
'No problem' I was told 'We'll send a confirmation email'
But the email, when it came, didn't cancel the policy, it extended it by a year!
Another phone call ensued. No reason was given, but luckily the payment was refused.
Deciding it was best to get everything down in writing, I sent an email on the 26th January. I received an auto reply saying that they would reply in 7 days. 7 days on, nothing.
So, I called again and was put through to two people before finally
getting through to Jessica who, at last, knows what shes doing, despite the party that appeared to be going on in the background. The extra star in this review is for her.
The policy is now cancelled, but what a rigmarole, and I won't be using them for our new caravan.

Good service - product lifetime could be improved.
I have had the Tracker in my caravan and a lifetime membership since 2013. There was a fault in the unit detected in 2018 and it was replaced free of charge. It has performed well alarming usually when I forget to turn it off before towing. I was just informed that the battery in the unit was failing - apparently they only last 5-6 years and are not customer replaceable so a new unit is needed with a substantial charge. I had a number of questions which were well handled by Keya in the support team. I was under the impression that the unit relied on the leisure battery mainly and the backup battery would only be used when this depleted so would last indefinitely. Bottom line is this is not the case and once the backup battery begins to fail then it may invalidate any insurance. The service is excellent and my only gripe is the (newly found) need to swap the units every 5-6 years with the associated expense. This seems a waste of both time, money and materials.

Keya was lovely
Keya was lovely.
And we managed to sort everything out. The only thing I think you could improve is the ambient noise.
I could hear other operators on the phone and could even hear parts of registration numbers as the operator checked them with the customer which isn’t ideal.
You perhaps need to invest in acoustics in your call centre to avoid this for others and hopefully improve their work day. If not perhaps give Keya her own office.
I wouldn’t be able to concentrate with the level of noise around and I was only at the end of the phone.

Had a fault with fob
Had a fault with fob, and Tracker decided to replace whole unit including fobs. Very prompt response, engineer arranged, came on time and sorted out the new unit.
Very efficient and happy with service provided.

Finally it's working!!
I had been waiting several days to have the Tracker App on my phone, for tracking my car, returned into successful working order.
On my third call to Tracker I was assisted by Bianca who managed to methodically help to return the Tracker App into successful operation. Thank you.

New Tracker
I recently had a tracker fitted to my new car. I had a couple of questions with reference to ALERTs being received to an incorrect mobile number which was provided to Tracker by the garage and wanting to change my number plate.
I had no problems contacting Tracker Network UK.
I spoke to a young lady called Olivia, she was able to answer all my questions and advised me of the action that she would be taking to resolve the ALERTs issue and
also the action I needed to take when I change my number plate.
