Tracker is peace of mind
On the few occasions I needed to contact them, Tracker were helpful, courteous and resolved my issue quickly. Tracker is like an insurance - you hope you never need it but it gives you great peace of mind knowing you have it. I'm in the process of buying a new car and it'll have a Tracker fitted.

Good renewal experience with Tahmina
Tahmina called me back in June to remind me of my subscription renewal in August and provided very helpful options and prices with certain benefits for loyal customers.
We have had a couple of further call and today agreed to extend for 3 years at a favourable price for a long standing customer. Tahmina was very clear and personable throughout.

Changed the reg of the car my tracker…
Changed the reg of the car my tracker is fitted to. Called Tracker but no obvious choice in the options given by the answering robot so chose General enquiries. Explained new reg. to Fairai who dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Emailed me an amended Tracker registration document a few minutes later. Speedy and pleasant service, much apprerciated.

My 2nd hand vehicle had a tracker…
My 2nd hand vehicle had a tracker already on it. A short phone call later and I paid the subscription. 2 years later the battery was due to deplete. Again a simple call and a fitter was sent out to install a new unit. ( he didn’t remove the old one as he didn’t know where it was installed). I went for a 4 year contract and got an existing customer discount. I’ve now sold on the vehicle and have been offered a partial refund . Can’t comment on what happens if a vehicle gets stolen. But from a customer service perspective all calls were informed and quick.

Bought a 2nd hand motorhome
Bought a 2nd hand motorhome. Original Tracker Retrieve device (both battery and subscription with previous owner) was no longer active, but had new device (and subscription started) fitted and saved £300 on website price by contacting them direct. Fitment at the dealer was easily arranged with a 3rd party (RS Connect) they use, so pleased with overall experience. I hope I never have to call Tracker to activate the device following theft, but also hope in this unfortunate situation the device helps with recovery. Insurance company offered heavily reduced premium if device was fitted and proof of active subscription provided, so worth it both for peace of mind and financially.

An initial faulty installation of a Tracker Locate system
I have always found those installation companies that fit Tracker automotive tracking systems pretty good, but unfortunately the guy from RS Connect who attempted to fit a Tracker Locate system to my GR Yaris (second gen) recently wired the system incorrectly at my local Toyota dealership. As a result, the battery voltage on a pretty new car dropped to about 3.2V, and some of the car’s features, such as the front passenger-side electric window, temporarily stopped working. His wiring also blew a 20V fuse in the car. To give RS Connect their due, on being contacted about the faulty installation on the afternoon of the day its had been done, they sent a technical manager out first thing the next morning, who corrected the faulty wiring, and the issue was resolved.I much appreciated the company’s speed of response.
