I have been blown away by the customer service of this company. Any emails are quickly responded to and no question is too silly, and any minor teething issues are always quick to be sorted. We bought this tracker for my dog to give us peace of mind when we take him on walks in the forest and its great!

Fantastic customer service. My query was immediately picked up and resolved. Would recommend.

The battery life is about 1-2 days not the advertised 10days.
The charging doc also doesnt seem to work. Can leave on charge all night but the red light still on in the morning.
Not fit to use. A waste of alot of money.

Difficulties in registering the tracker followed by very inaccurate positioning.
Customer service was helpful, trying to resolve the issues but the whole experience became too much of a chore followed by poor results.

Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend. Ordered prior to imminent holiday abroad. Due to issue beyond the control of the company they were unable to provide delivery in time for my trip. Without any prompting they had in fact offered a generous discount in compensation but I decided to cancel the order. The refund was completed within minutes and outside of working hours with no quibbles whatsoever. I will undoubtedly recorder on my return from holiday.

Great customer Service, helpful friendly support to set up product

This was perfect. Bought it to keep track of my son who has started to walk home from school. Delivery was fast, had an issue where my account had been set up with the wrong email but a quick email to customer service and it was resolved within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and works great. Needed a quick delivery before flying abroad and the response was great, arrived within 2 days. Using this for our autistic 3 year old on holiday as she tends to run off unannounced. Tested locally and works well. Was set to refresh every 30secs but if you have the child tracker version you can change settings in 'commands' to refresh every 10secs which makes a big difference, 30 seconds is a long time if you think you've lost your kid!

Just brought one of these to be able to track my daughter walking to and from school. The first one arrived with issues however I can not fault the customer service.
They responded to my email out of usual working hours arranged for the faulty one to be collected and sent a new one that works perfectly.

Ordered this item but soon discovered it was on back order. Was kept informed all the way. Bought one to use for the interim which was a subscription service, whilst awaiting the Tracker365.

The difference to me was huge, much clearer detail, better updating and options for something that is not a subscription service, so much cheaper in the long run.

Can track my daughter walking home with peace of mind now.

Tracker works well, using them to track my children on the way to school. Customer service is great too.

Purchased 2 trackers for my grandchildren in preparation for the school holidays.

We have tried them already, and they are really easy to use. I particularly like the geofencing alert system.

Delivery was very fast and well updated.

I had a login issue when switching to a new phone. Trackers365 responded overnight to my query and got me back up and running.

Fantastic device, we bought the kids tracker for our son. He forgot where he left his backpack after being out with his friends, we used the tracker to find it without a fuss!
