I ordered emergency items for my horse that stopped drinking for 3 days. The vet couldn't come to tube him, he told me to give him electrolytes and UlcerGuard. I ordered the items on 12/1 from the website because they promised to deliver them on 12/2. I do not live near enough to get them myself. They did not arrive on 12/2 as promised. I tried for 3 days to call the Roadie (delivery) number and TractorSuckPly customer service, NO ONE picks up! I finally was able to speak with the manager at the Cedar Point store. He was not willing to do anything, he told me to "Try again" and reorder. That is the definition of insanity.
This is not the only bad experience I have had with customer service, store deliveries or website lies, it is company wide. I will be taking my business elsewhere permanently.

I ordered eleven rolls of "SEALTECH Heavy Duty 48 in. x 125 ft. 10mm Thick Reflective Insulation Roll" for my new shop. The product itself is great so far, I've installed several rolls of it. I paid $3409.89, including $199.99 for shipping right to my front door.
Two rolls arrived damaged.
Now TRACTOR SUPPLY won't replace the damaged rolls. This is unacceptable.
They offered a discount on the rolls, if I provided photos of the damaged rolls; in my shop, the insulation foil surface is exposed/can be seen and I want it to look nice. This option is unacceptable.
Or, I could strap the HUGE rolls up on top of my Prius and carry them to my local TSC for a refund. I DON'T WORK FOR YOU TSC. I paid good money to have you ship this to my home! You send someone over here to pick up the damaged rolls and then you give my money back! I'll shop elsewhere!
The product is still for sale on your website so I assume you have more?.....Send replacement rolls so I can finish insulating my new shop. SMH! TSC used to be a great company, now its like autozone with chicken feed.

I placed an online order 12/01/25 to be shipped to my hometown store. Put in the zip code to bring up the store. My order was placed and the store address that it is being shipped to is 3hours away. I have been trying to reach customer service for since yesterday morning. Call time said 5min. After 15min still no one. Put in a call back and still have not received a call back. I have tried that 6 times along with an email. This is very frustrating.

On 11/29 received email my horsd feed order that was to be picked up in store was ready. When I arrived only partial order available. Asked mgr to fill remainder of order from floor stock. He refused. Told me he was not depleting his door stock to fill my order which was simply alfalfa pellets. Henderson location staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. They consistently are out of stock.on commonly used horse feed. Poor management.

Have ordered three times online for a product I put on subscription—two of the three times, one of the two items ordered was missing. I could see missing an item once, but to do the same thing in the very next order...

I purchased a several hundred dollar arena harrow in July, 2025. This is a product that should last for years. This one literally snapped in half in November, 2025, after a few months of light use. TS does not offer a warranty and instead referred me to the manufacturer. This is made by a UK company (even though TS advertises as if it is made in the USA). I discovered this after researching the manufacturer warranty. They do not honor their warranty if the product is sold in the USA. TS was no help, and refused to stand behind the product they sell and promote. TS is a horrible company in my experience, and not worth the hefty prices. They claim to be America first, and yet sell cheap foreign made items. In my experience, TS has very poor customer service, and offers low quality, over priced merchandise.

I had a great experience at tractor supply this eve in Middletown del. I stopped to fill my 100 pound propane tank so that we can cook our thanksgiving meal. When I arrived a young fellow proceeded to fill my tank but there were some issues with the tank not accepting the gas. He opened a side valve to get the tank to take the gas and all was fine. However when he went to remove the fill nozzle the gas proceeded to discharge out of the tank. The store manager ( Tyler) came to assist and discovered that the valve had sheered of inside the tank. After about an hour or so while my tank was discharging the gas with the broken valve the manager instructed the worker to get a new tank and proceed to fill it while waiting for the other tank to empty. The manger told me this may take a while and could be dangerous for you to transport. He gave me a new tank and filled at no cost to me and told me he’d call when my tank was done and I could pick it up and have repaired. Best service I’ve experienced in a long time and the man saved my thanksgiving without a huge expense to me. I am truly a tractor supply customer for life. Really great people and their service was exceptional

On November 13th, I ordered a turkey fryer for Thanksgiving. It was originally scheduled for delivery on November 12th. I received an update that the order was delayed until November 13th. When it did not come on the 13th I called customer service. No problem, it should be there on Monday Nov. 24th. When it does not arrive, I call back on Tuesday the 25th. This customer service rep tells me the manufacturer is out of stock! It was never in transit all along! An absolutely dreadful experience. Pitiful in this day and age of Amazon.

My experience was quite positive. My order was handled in a timely and quality manner. Their delivery service was spot-on!

They just raised their APR to 32.74% (Wow) starting January 15, 2026. I won't be shopping there anymore.

I frequent my local tractor supply in live oak, Florida.Quite often and I generally find what I want and am satisfied with my purchase. But each Christmas season for whatever reason, a week or so before Thanksgiving, the Christmas wreaths show up. Within a week and a half , they are brown and that's what you have to choose from , for decorating your front door of your house. Is there any chance that tractors supply could simply send us some decent wreaths down here that are not dead when they get here and brown. I realize we are a small area, but still tractor supply is better than this.And to do it over and over to us is wrong.

I’ve had a subscription for a year to have dog food delivered and suddenly, both the price went up without notice and the shipping changed to $9.99 for delivery without notice. The order was placed today so just started processing but I was told that I can’t cancel the order. Then I found out that they were charging me the higher delivery price for at least one month prior without notice. I will never do the subscription again because of charges without notice and no way to cancel once it begins processing. Terrible policy and customer service.

Ordering from their website is a nightmare. Not User friendly in any way.

Tried to purchase a high volume tow behind broadcast spreader. Three trips to a physical store and always required somebody to search for it. Order was never ready and or fulfilled. Purchased one elsewhere.

Tractor Supply went from offering good hardware prices to ridiculous pricing over the past two years.

Pet food: Science Diet; always empty shelves or light stocking of very limited varieties. Constantly dented and damaged can stock. They do not push through manufacturers discounts and sales prices all of the time. Regularly 18% less expensive at Petsmart with 4 times the variety and no damaged product.

Tractor supply never returns your call. You can never get a customer representative on the phone. Their customer service is horrible.

Your online ordering is beyond horrible. I have attempted to order online more than twice and both times I was to pick up items at the Sanford Fl. store. I was in a hurry for a birthday gift both times. Both orders( about 3 years apart) were cancelled by YOU, and I was getting ready to pick up the orders only to be told that my order was cancelled. What kind of business is this...

Tractor Supply is a fantastic place to shop. However the online app is terrible and their website is even worse. Search engine can't find anything they carry. I wonder if their competition wrote the Tractor Supply app and website to put them out of business.

There are two Tractor Supply stores near me, one in Phillipsburg, NJ and one in Washington, NJ. I find the salespersons in both stores to be very helpful and I find their merchandise to be of top quality.

The folks at our Tractor Supply are amazing. They help me load my cracked corn into my car. They always are polite and they are very friendly. I have never had a bad experience there. We wash our puppies there too and it always a great experience.

UNLAWFUL FRAUD PROVEN! I have video and time stamped screen shots of Country Lane Multi Cat Adult Fish Flavor Cat Food 44lb bag for $19.49 on Auto-Order, then as soon as I added it for 1 month redelivery, the price changed to $29.99!!! I'm filing this on every single government authority site.

Went to get chickens and ducks all there was was straight runs every time I went 3 weeks in a row there supposed to be 50/50 chance u get a girl or boy I bought ten birds and every one was a male they cull the females out and sell them for more and all the males they say are straight run and u buy them thinking u will get half females at least for eggs for your family and then u spend hundreds of dollars on the supplies and food to raise birds and deal with your house smelling like crap for 2 months and spend hours and hours taking care of them for 6 months and find out it was all a huge waste of money and u don’t even get a single female I cannot believe this crap now I got ten birds that I wasted months of my life and ton of money on that gives me nothing but more mouths to feed don’t buy birds from them unless u want to get screwed I found 4 pullets 2 months after I bought the original ten and one of them was also a male so save your money buy birds from the hatchery that’s guaranteed females for a little more money it woulda saved me a ton but I trusted tsc I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years and spent more money for the products I bought because it was a local store and I support businesses around me but I’ll buy my farm supplies elsewhere I won’t be back there for anything anymore
