Great service, great prices

Great , it saves me money.

I started using trade help only last week. within a couple of days i received a email for a free training offer on how to use the app. I booked a appointment with a lovely Lady called Isabel who was extremely helpful and was very thorough making sure I understood how to use the app properly. I then wanted to add one of my plumbers as another user and had trouble with my email, I then spoke to another extremely helpful man called ben who could'nt do enough to help me to resolve the issue. ben then called me back a couple of days after to make sure everything was working properly, the app is fantastic and the customer service team are excellent. very happy that I have now chosen too start using TRADEHELP.

My oil boiler broke completely after springing a huge leak after 4 and 1/2 years. Still just with in the warranty period, but the manufacturer refused to replace the boiler. Fortunately we had taken out a loan to pay for the installation of the new C H system, arrange through Trade Help at the time. I contacted Tradehelp. They were fantastic. they negotiated with the manufacturers, who eventually relented and we now have a brand new working oil boiler for our system, at no additional cost to ourselves. Without Trade Help's intervention we would never have achieved such a satisfactory resolution to this problem. I cannot praise Tradehelp highly enough. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new boiler to take our a loan via Tradehelp, this will protect you further down the line should similar problems occur

Very helpful team and Tom is excellent. Need to consider the lenders they work with but a very professional organisation who went out of their way to help me when I had a problem.

The app is amazing, so easy to use and very well thought out. Highly recommend this to any installer in the plumbing and heating industry.

I had a boiler installed 18 months ago, trade help found a local installer who fitted the boiler, I now have a problem as the wireless thermostat has stopped working, I have cover but it doesn't include the thermostat which is under warranty, I have paid £75 for a call out to diagnose the problem, and the replacement part is £155, I am expected to contact the company who make the thermostat but I didn't purchase it so how can I return an item which I didn't purchase or install, I need someone to disconnect the receiver and replace the part which is still in warranty and all trade help can say it was, and I quote ' done to a good standard'! So I will be down £230 down and that is without fitting the new one, totally disgusted

Excellent communication from start to finish. Friendly and efficient staff who will go the extra mile to help you. Couldn't ask for anything more
