Item as described an arrived promptly

I sent pictures of the items I was needing as I was unsure exactly which ones i needed. I was sent links to the products by a sales rep which I clicked on and purchased.
One of the products was out of stock, but rather than send the other right away, I had to wait 3 weeks for them both to arrive.
The stub axle was completely different from the one in the photo I sent and didn't have holes drilled. It would have been nice to know this at the point of sale.
The wheel was the wrong size, and they blamed me and refused to accept that their salesman had misdirected me even though i sent screenshots of the exchange!!
I guess they correctly assumed that I wouldn't take it further.
I feel gaslit and cheated.
Rubbish company, find someone else.

The TRAILERTEK website is great, lots of products, sensible prices, quick delivery.
But my NORTON SECURITY SYSTEM on my Macbook is a pain as it says:

I've been using this website for trailer spares for years, and it took me half an hour to kill the security, order the part I needed and then switch the NORTON security back on again. (This problem only started late in 2025).

Order not received and communication ignored, Very disappointing service.

Nice easy site for a near oldie like me to navigate and having purchased the product before (magnetic lights) i can say they are quite literally the best...tried many varieties before over the years.

Great service and prompt delivery

The mudgaurds I perchased are 40mm shorter than specified online , I rang and complained and was told I would get a partial refund as I had to spend time altering my trailer brakets to fit , this refund has not happend and they have not got back to me in a month and have not corrected the size error on their website. Also the next day delivery i paid for took 4 days .

Great company, ordered a light board and needed it in a hurry, it said next day, and it arrived next day, other companies could learn a lot from this! Despatched quickly and good packaging. Will be using this company again.
