I ordered 4 wheels and tyres from TrailerTek a bit late to meet my deadline. However, they arrived very quickly and were very well packaged so that there was no damage or scratches in transit. I thought that I was going to have to change my arrangements but fortunately the wheels were delivered extremely late in the day. They went straight onto my seldom used car transporter and were in use the next day. Excellent service and product at a very competitive price. I would certainly buy from them again. Many thanks.

Extremely difficult to contact this company by telephone. Tried repeatedly for two hours but after holding for 3 or 4 minutes the line cuts off with a message that the call cannot be completed!

Ide had great difficulty trying to find some replacement wheel nuts for my trailer. And was directed to trailer tec, all I had to do was put in the bolt size and thread pitch and quantities,so easy. wish ide had known of these before hunting round for wheel nuts. Would recommend them to any one.also next day delivery is brilliant 5*

2.1m zinc alloy LED lighting board.
Positives - the lighting board arrived well packaged 1.5 days after ordering. £30 cheaper than an Indespension boat trailer board, although they do come with additional number plate light and fog light.
Negatives- I was hoping to be able to fit the board straight onto an Indespension boat trailer. There were a few issues I had to fix beforehand.
The material the board is made from is less than 1mm thick. This together with the ‘U’ shape it is pressed to makes for a lightweight but pretty flimsy item. It was easy to twist and sagged under its own weight. I was nervous about using it its delivered state and felt I had to strengthen the board. The board would probably suffice if it were bolted straight to a trailer.
Unfortunately the mounting holes do not align with the mounting bars on Indespension boat trailers. In fact the light units fall in exactly the same place as the mounting bars would go. Perhaps this is my error and I should have asked for dimensions before ordering. I had to fabricate an additional mounting bracket to fit my trailer. This would not be issue if the board were bolted straight to a trailer.
The 5-core electrical cable is coated in thin PVC and I don't expect it to last nearly as long as the traditional rubber sheath I am used to. Perhaps this is now the industry standard, and all suppliers use it.
An annoying niggle is there is a length of cable running between the 2 light units which is too long resulting in a huge sag of cable below the board. Everyone will have to solve the issue of how to get rid of or hide this excess cable.
In hindsight I regret not paying a little more for an Indespension lighting board.
