A Coventry engineer fitted the towbar, who could be better? Everything as quoted, spot on.

This company is very professional from start to finish. I filled my details in an online form and they came back to me with the best quote from five companies that I tried within 24 hours. The quote was for a detachable Swan neck towbar with dedicated Ellectrics for a Mercedes-Benz.
Their engineer arrived dead on time, and fitted the new towbar, he had to remove the rear bumper and this was done in a first class manner and then replaced on the Car once he had fitted the new towbar living no signs at all that he done any work at all. He then went on to program the car with the dedicated Ellectrics so that when connected to the caravan it would turn off the parking sensors but leave the reverse camera on to assist in manoeuvering, I was well impressed.
He opened a suitcase which had two rear lamps so that he could actually show me all the operations working perfectly brakes side lights , indicators, reverse light, et cetera. He then went through how to fit the detachable Swan Neck, And lock it in place, and how to remove it, he did this a couple of times to make sure that I understood, then he asked me to do it so that I was comfortable with the actions needed.
All in all, it was one of the best experiences of having anything fitted on the car.

From booking to fitting i cannot recommend Trailer Trek enough. Nice easy booking process with a time period provided the day before and a call from Grant on the day when on route. On arrival Grant was extremely polite and friendly and fitted my tow bar and electrics and then gave me a full demonstration and explanation on how to remove and use etc. Competitively priced and professional, don't hesitate to use them for your tow bar fitting. Wayne was really polite and helpful in advising me as to what towbar was best for me. The price was really competitive. On the day the job was completed on time. The fitter then took time to explain how it all worked and demonstrated this. He even explained and showed the fuses involved incase of any future issues. I was given practical advice. Really polite and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I paid my deposit on a 13 pin electric system to fitted to my car for Wednesday morning my car had to be recovered to the garage on Saturday because of oil pressure problems it was bank holiday on Monday so I waited till Tuesday morning to inform them of problems and not too cancel but re book and I’ve been told I have lost my deposit and need to pay another deposit to book again 🤬🤬

From initial enquiry to installation the service has been brilliant. Clear expert advice on what was possible and what best met my requirements. Fitting was at my home at my convenience with polite and knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

Trailer Trek have just fitted a removable tow hitch to my Land Rover Defender PHEV. Their engineer turned up on time, and conducted himself in a very friendly and professional manner. Upon completion, I was given a full demonstration of the removable hitch, and was left with full operating instructions. The design and quality of the hitch is exceptional, and it is virtually invisible when not in use.
Having contacted several tow bar specialists, Trailer Trek were excellent communicators and head and shoulders above their competitors.

Contacted Trailer Trek for a quote to fit a Towbar and supply a Cycle Carrier for my Nissan Juke. Customer Service is excellent so I booked my Car in. Nick the Technician who fitted it for me was also excellent and great to deal with as he took the time to explain what was being done and carried out the work to a very High Standard. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the service I have been provided with by Wayne and his team at Trailer Trek Coventry. In short, there was a problem with my car accepting the newly fitted towbar. Following extensive investigations by TT, and at additional cost to them, it was evident that the problem was with my newly acquired Landrover Discovery and not the towbar. The LR Dealer has now resolved the issue with the car.
It was a great comfort for me, having the continued support of Wayne and his team throughout this process, specifically given that the problem wasn’t related to their work.

Trailertrek fitted a new wiring harness for 13 pin socket for me yesterday. I only spoke to them the day before, and the fitter arrived at 9am next day. I discovered a minor fault after he left, and another fitter arrived within 2 hours to fix it. Brilliant customer service, will use them again.

I was impressed with the courtesey and respect I got while doing this, i hate this business but the staff made it easy, thank you.

These guys have gone above and beyond to help us out today. We were told our new car had a detachable towbar and we had no reason to doubt that until we came to get get car ready to go away for a few days
Found the actual towing mechanism was not there. Rang trailertrek and thet said they could do it for us at 10am mo day morning, they rang back 5 mins later and said they would put 2 guys on it and bring it forward an hour so we could get away on our break. Thank you so much you have saved our holiday and our sanity. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Great bunch of guys. Recommend to everyone.

Amazing service! Spoke to Wayne on Monday for quote. Was given full explanation of towbars and my requirements and was emailed straight back with a detailed quote. Emailed to book in for the Friday, and even though they had no availability Wayne went out of his way to accommodate me.

Ricky fitted my towbar yesterday, called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Lovely man, it was freezing outside, but didn't stop the entire time he was here. He went through everything with me before leaving. I couldn't have been more happier. Glad I took Wayne's advice and opted for the
detachable, can't even tell any work has been done.

To top it off, as a member of the NHS, Wayne offered me 10% discount, which was so generous of him!

I have just had Alex fix a new tow bar on to my Q7. I was astounded by his professionalism and knowledge. He carried out what is obviously a complex task, quickly and efficiently while taking great care not to do any damage to the car. He was superbly organised and knew exactly what to do at every stage.
I couldn’t of asked for more and believe that I chose the correct company in TrailerTREK. Reasonably priced and a great service.

Fully recommend Trailer Trek. Saved our holiday! We previously had a detachable towbar fitted by a DIFFERENT company, but always had issues with it. Came to attach it just over 24hours before we were due to tow and it would not engage properly. Ended up stuck on but not properly. Drove to trailer trek, on a Saturday morning, when workshop is closed, call the number and despite being outside workshop opening hours, both the owner and a technician came down to help! Wonderful guys, who manged to sort out the problem and get the towbar safe to tow. Really appreciated the service and would definitely use in the future. THANK YOU.

First class service from start to finish. Advice over the phone was very good and extremely helpful. The installer was professional, knowledgable and friendly, and took the extra time to explain the installation and functions. We had a bad experience with another company who did a terrible installation that led to damage to the vehicle (Towbar Express). My strong advice is to use TrailerTrek Towbars for your installation instead.

I recently had a tow bar fitted by trailerTREK on an Audi A6 went with a removable one due to parking sensors, not only was it the best price it was the best services the fitter was quick polite and informative, and the best thing about it when not in use you cannot see anything you would not even know there was a tow bar fitted the electrics swing down and the bar is removed, 110% happy with the service and would recommend to anyone if I need anything else they that they do I will go back to them great job well done.

Rang for a quote from the polite and helpful Wayne on a tow bar which came in at a competitive price, with the added bonus they could fit it at my workplace "having a suitable private carpark" .
The technician arrived on time and set to work, the job was completed in about two hrs.
Everything was finished neat and tidy with a demonstration on a test rig of all the lights working correctly.
I was very satisfied with the service provided and it was so convenient not having to drop the car off and collect it.
