Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Quoted and ordered quickly. Installer came on time and did a sterling job. Bumper removed and stored safely so didn't get scratched. Great tow bar - removable so not visible at all (Electrics even hidden under bumper).

Incredibly professional service. Explained all the work well, and did a fantastic job...all on my driveway!

Also showed me how to use the towbar before leaving - very useful, as well as testing all the lights.

Communication on quoting and booking the install in was good and prompt too - which meant there were no surprises.

Really great value for money too, without compromising on service for sure.

Would highly recommend.

I recently had a towbar fitted to my BMW 530D saloon I’ve had a number of towbars added to cars due to caravaning, the process was extremely easy requested a quote online Wayne called talked me through everything and then emailed the quote they were even able to provide a electric’s adapter. I changed my order from a fixed to detachable towbar and again this was no issue. The lovely gentleman came nice and early and got to work I felt bad as the weather wasn’t great but a few cups of coffee for him to keep him going. When the work was completed he showed me everything, the only issue was 1 wire that had sent a warning to my dash however the installer fixed it right away forgetting to connect one wire out of what seems a million (we are only human) he was clearly an asset to the business. When I change my car again I will certainly be in contact to use the services again.

From the first call to Wayne on a bank holiday Monday, to the tow bar being fitted on the Friday, I cannot recommend this company any more highly, they are professional, efficient, polite and great at what they do! I didn’t get the engineers name but he was spot on, made him a cuppa and left him to get on with it, when finished he showed everything working as it should, and had a bit of yarn about the vans that we both had. Just how it should be done.

Very impressed. Took care of my car really well. Explained how my new removable tow bar works. Did all the work to my car and you wouldn't know the towbar had been fitted. Would 100 percent use them again and would tell anyone who's after a tow bar to be fitted these are highly recommended 👌.
