The goods shipped quickly
The goods shipped quickly. There were problems at the receiving end with communications however they have been resolved, and the time difference between countries was a part of this.

Pick ups on time
Pick up from our premises is always on time. Have only experienced a 'no show' once and the driver sent me a text to let me know the reason why.
Would recommend Transdirect to anyone shipping interstate or local.

Dissappointingly quoted a price and they claim measurments were incorrect. I understand how it works that its not the actual weight that determines the price but for it to end up being almost 3 times the amount quoted and them automatically charging me wihtout my consent is wrong.

This is the worst freight service…
This is the worst freight service experience I have had EVER. I was promised deliveryin 3 days for an urgent parcel from Vic to Gold Coast.
It is now 1 WEEK later and the item has still NOT been picked up.
The company dont care, they dont follow up and just tell you they can't do anything. They wont transfer you to a manager. There is no accountability. They dont call you back, follow up... just no care... I have called every day and still my package is awaiting collection.
BUYER BEWARE.... go direct to an actual freight company

We are sorry the collection did not take place as expected, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We have reviewed booking 32354348 and can see there were repeated missed collection attempts before the freight was eventually picked up. From our review, the pickup location required specific access details, including gate entry and a PO number, which were not included at the time of booking and became clear only after the collection issue was raised.
Those details were followed up with the carrier and the collection was rebooked, but we understand the pickup delay and repeated follow-up were frustrating. The freight was ultimately collected and delivered under consignment 159103209.

There is no service at all
There is no service at all, driver never turned up despite rebooking until I lost the sale. My customer didn't want the product anymore. Very unhappy with the service.

Honestly DON’T USE TRANSDIRECT. They are the worst freight company around.
I booked pick up o 4 boxes on Thursday 21st May and was emailed to say pick up would be made tge next day Friday from 1-4pm.
My goods were ready and labeled at 10am Friday morning.
TNT via Transdirect never picked up Friday.
They then said the goods were not ready and they could not pick up. (Lie)
I called Monday and they rebooked pick up for Tuesday.. Never picked up on this day.
Rang on Wednesday they sent me a Google image of the pick up location and I confirmed this was the correct pick up.
They rebooked again for Wednesday pick up and they did not pick up again.
I’m NEVER using them again.
I rebooked with my usual carrier and was picked up the same day.

From our review, the company details on the booking did not appear to align with the pickup location requirements, which can prevent a driver from locating or releasing the correct freight at a 3PL warehouse.
