Never got a refund for excess payments…
Never got a refund for excess payments done to Transdirect , they do not respond well to account issues otherwise good with logistics. Not happy with their accounts department.

Great end to end experience.
The whole end to end process worked seamlessly. The booking was easy, driver turned up on time and the item arrived in Sydney the next afternoon safely. Couldn’t be happier.

I had mag some wheels that needed shipping. Apparently shipping car parts is an issue.
I found Transdirect after messing around with several other courier organisations.
My experiences with P&S are 3 for 3 utter failures.
Transdirect on the other hand, simply gave the quote, contacted the seller when they were arriving for collection and then shipped it to my door in the timeframe agreed.
The packages were tracked the whole way.
Their prices were ⅓ of Toll or DHL and 30% lower than P&S.
I rarely do reviews and in this case I recommend Transdirect.

Transdirect Customer service is great
Transdirect Customer service is great. My parcel had a missed pickup (by Aramex) I called customer service and they rearranged pick up on the next day. Transdirect has always been good - I’ve used them for many years. Aramex - not so great.
