Sending items to america expect terrible communication
Sent Items to America from Australia, and it was stuck in customs due to paperwork. Transdirect are absolute numb nuts and did NOT specify the paperwork required for customs needed to go to the business that was receiving my package. Instead, they emailed me back with the most vague reply, with the due date for the customs paperwork being the SAME day as they needed the documentation, so it never got done in time! I don't understand why Transdirect didn't just send the paperwork to the business recieving the package and knew that it wasnt upto me todo it or forward them the paperwork. What kind of customer service is that.
In the end, US Customs sent back to package to Australia, and Transdirect didn't even refund me for shipping costs, let alone the 2 weeks wasted in transit. Worst experience ever, never use Transdirect again

Booking and tracking is ok. Could be a bit more up to date with tracking. Writing on what you need to put in description for delivery is not enough to describe where it needs to be placed when being delivered.

Quoted an accepted price on freight transport - called and confirmed all details with photos included
Completed the delivery and then came back and doubled the price and charged our card without contact
Misleading service avoid using contact companies direct rather than this misleading broker

Charged me $30 for a 1cm variance and still arguing with me
They are currently arguing with me on PayPal over 1cm on one side of the package 47 vs 46cm (literally) and charged $30 from my PayPal for it. Pathetically weak standard procedure. Stay away.

I booked a parcel service through transdirect and they failed to pickup my parcel on booked date. Parcel got collected after twondays due to weekend.
I paid for my parcel according to the measurements advised by the parcel Company. Paid for 18 kg as cubic weight for the product actual weight was 7 kg.
Then after one month this company charged from my bank the same amount I paid a month ago, claiming that my parcel was over weight. Transdirect charged from my bank with out my consent. I will raise a dispute against this.
