They are scammers
They are scammers. They offered a good price for the delivery, and I paid the agreed amount. The delivery was completed, but a month later they charged my account again without any notice or proof of additional costs. The extra charge was almost the same the original delivery fee. I would not recommend using this company.

Pathetic service should be deregistered
Over a week and my parcel still hasnt been picked up leave aline delivered! I ring every day and get told "we will escalate this one" and still nothing.
Absolutely pathetic and should NOT be in business. I would rather pay triple the price and get better service than to ever use them again. What a joke...quick to take your online booking and your money then its "not me and i don't care" from then on.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I paid the quoted price of AUD 81, but was later charged an additional $30 Futile Pickup fee and $31.09 Home Delivery surcharge that were never clearly disclosed before payment.
No one collected my parcel on the first attempt, and I had to contact support myself to arrange another pickup. Despite this, I was still charged a “Futile Pickup” fee.
Pricing should be transparent. Unexpected charges after payment are unacceptable. I won’t be using this service again.

Very good Sendle alternative
I started using Transdirect when Sendle went bust a while ago. In some ways they are actually better. Works well for me as a cheap and easy way to send individual parcels from home.

Be careful dealing with this company
Be careful dealing with this company. I just got surcharged for underdeclaring three boxes being sent interstate. 1-3cm off apparently. I ask for their photographic proof or evidence. They cannot provide anything.
Yet after not being able to substantiate any proof at all they still charge you. If you want to review they demand that you submit multiple layers of proof. Very unprofessional company.

We have reviewed booking 32689915. At booking, three cartons were entered as 78 x 21 x 21 cm, and three cartons were entered as 107 x 21 x 21 cm. The carrier measurements show that three items matched the booked dimensions, while three were measured slightly larger: 79 x 23 x 22.6 cm, 78.5 x 23.5 x 24.4 cm, and 78 x 21 x 21 cm. This resulted in an additional charge of $14.63. Freight needs to be measured as packed for transport, including the furthest point each side extends to. From the image available, some of the cartons appear to be bulging, and bulging or non-uniform packaging can be measured differently at the widest points. Where the measured freight differs from what was entered at booking, the price may be adjusted to reflect the service actually provided, as agreed upon during booking. Carrier images can assist with reviewing a dispute, but the charge is based on the measured freight details received through the freight network. Where a customer disputes those measurements, we ask for supporting evidence so we have something to assess against the carrier measurement.

Complete Incompetence
2 missed pickup attempts with a driver going to a wrong address and then not even attempting to pick up the item the second day. Have now had to drop off at a depot at my own inconvenience where they have not even scanned the item. Transdirect are less than helpful

Wrongly charged a second amount.
When l used your website and put in all the correct sizes and weight required, l paid the amount according to that ,but then after the parcel arrived you decided to take more money from my card , claiming the weight was over 20 kilos but In fact was only 10kilos. I sent transdirect an email disputing the second payment, but got no response.
