I can no longer deal with dishonesty
I can no longer deal with a dishonest company such as Transdirect. I have had a number of instances now where Transdirect claimed that my measurements were understated. Even though I have provided photographic proof of specifications quoted on parcels. Transdirect put in an unreasonable and baseless claim that I had incorrectly measured parcels. This instance is not the first time I have had this issue with Transdirect. I no longer trust them and have cancelled my account with them because of their dishonesty.

The crew at Transdiret made the whole process on moving a 24 kg mixing console (audio) from melbourne to Sydney very easy. They actually came early when my seller wasnt home ( went for a coffee) and happened to see him just as he was leaving the premises. He happily informed him that he would swing by the next morning to collect it..... thats great service...Arrived in Sydney the next day,,, and in perfect order... so happy :)
