When I booked the tickets with £366.39 through their website and received a confirmation pf my ticket, then I received their call saying that the price for the flight ticket was not available, needed me to pay additional fees which is total amount for the flight ticket was £390 finally. I am feeling cheated by their service and found that I am not the first person faced the same problem from them. Very very bad service from this travel agent and I and disappointed

Price increase sent via email after purchase which I contested and then they assumed the cost. I was then sent an email for a similar price increase for another customer via email, indicating that they do this often and they have issues with personal data management. I was chased several times to provide a better review on trustpilot for the customer service team. I have done this because they are not to blame, but the way this company operates is deceitful and irritating.

Worst app and service ever, i buyed the ticket, there was not even a confirmation page, money deducted, checked in the app for confirmation, still showing failed ticket, after 2 hrs mail confirmation came, it was urgent booking due to failure i had buyed another ticket, now i got two tickets for the same flight, hell with you guys, never gonna book again, worst customer service though

I was notified a day after already purchasing the flight that the price had increased, and that Traveasy woudn't provide my ticket unless I paid the airline surcharge. This was confusing and I was irritated. When I spoke to Juli on the phone about it, she was very calm and helped me get the ticket I had paid for. Customer service was good in the end, but they need to work on improving the booking process.

We spoke to a lovely lady called Julie and she really helped us out. We had a slight payment issue but she resolved the problem for us. This is great customer service.

Prince Singh was really nice and resolved my queries quickly.

I booked a flight through this company, and shortly after received an email advising my booking wasn't confirmed unless I paid an additional £60 due to an airline tax increase. Naturally, I wasn't happy — the booking felt like a done deal.

However, after speaking with their helpdesk, Shubham Singh took full ownership of the situation. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to find a resolution — ultimately reducing the additional charge and offering compensation for the inconvenience, which made the situation far more acceptable.

Not the smoothest experience, but Shubham's handling of it was genuinely impressive. If customer service is consistently at this level, that counts for a lot.

The booking process was a bit took longer than expected, which caused some frustration. However, I would like to give special recognition to Prince, who was extremely helpful throughout the process.

Prince was professional, patient to resolve the issues I was facing. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was sorted out in the end. Without his assistance, my experience would have been very different.

While there is definitely room for improvement in the booking process, Prince's excellent customer service made a big difference. Thank you, Prince, for your dedication and support.

Nice service

Customer service is very slow and confusing. I booked a flight through their service claiming it was 600 pound for a round trip flight, after processing my payment I get a call saying I have to pay an extra £82 because the airline has increased it or have to pay a £50 service fee just to get my money back for a refund. After having to pay the extra money for my ticket I then called them seven times to which I do not get an answer and on the eighth time I get told to wait for the ticket after making me waste my time and money. Prices are not cheap, customer service is bad, general service is bad and borderline scamming customers do not use this service. Will say though the call assistant was not rude just slow and confusing but it comes down to the company and their terrible policies.

P.s. after receiving the reply from traveasy below I want to further my complaint. I fully understand fluctuations occurr when it comes to flight charges; in my case when I initially made the 600 pound payment, I was called after 1 minute saying to pay more, if the price had increased then surely it wouldn't have taken them a minute after I made the payment to let me know this change. Then after requesting a refund as they new price was no longer the cheaper option I was told it wasn't possible for a full refund even though I had made the payment less than 3 minutes ago. This is ridiculous behaviour. How are they falsely advertising a price then claiming after I made the payment that I have to pay a surcharge due to the airline and If I choose not to I will have to pay a 50 pound charge just to get my money back for something that was completely their fault. I cant begin to explain how much hatred I have for this company I hope they fail miserably.

Terrible service. They charged £215 for adding my middle name to a ticket purchased a day ago.

Worst ever website for booking I have seen in life.. and customer care is more worst.. book wrong flight n denying accepting the mistake and unnecessary argument instead of resolve the issue.. highly unrecomended..

The booking experience was seamless and it was really helpful to talk to Simran who resolved my queries at the earliest.

I booked a flight to France through TravEasy after finding a fare on Google Flights that was significantly cheaper than other providers. The advertised price was £236, and I completed the purchase expecting that to be the final cost. However, after I paid, I received a call informing me that I would need to pay an additional £52 before they would issue my tickets.

What made this especially frustrating was that I was given different explanations by different representatives. One person mentioned waitlisting, another referred to taxes, and another gave a different reason entirely. It felt as though the low price was being used to attract customers, only for additional charges to appear after payment had already been made.

When I asked for a refund instead, I was told that cancelling would also cost £52. In other words, I was being asked to pay the same extra amount whether I wanted the tickets or my money back. That left me feeling trapped in a lose-lose situation.

The customer service experience only added to the frustration. Over three separate days, I spoke with three different representatives and had to explain the entire situation repeatedly. At times I was directed to email support, but my emails went unanswered. Communication was poor throughout, and it often felt like my time was being wasted while they held both my money and my tickets. Because my funds were tied up, I couldn’t confidently book with another provider without risking paying for two sets of flights.

I later discovered that other customers have reported very similar experiences, which made my situation feel less like an isolated mistake and more like a recurring issue.

The only reason this review is not 1 star is because the final representative I spoke with, Manish Kumar, was able to resolve the issue and get my tickets issued without requiring me to pay the additional charges. Without his help, this would have been a much lower rating.

Overall, my experience was stressful, confusing, and unnecessarily time-consuming. I would strongly advise anyone booking through TravEasy to be cautious and to confirm that the advertised price is truly the final price before making payment.
