While the price was good
While the price was good. The company called me too many times to change the airline and ask for more £ for travel insurance. Then they entered my birthdate wrong so I had to sit on the phone with the airline for ages to get that fixed before I could check in. Also it took hours to get my actual ticket too much time past between my booking and getting my ticket so I spent that time worrying that I had been scammed. I am travelling to attend a funeral so the added stress was more difficult. Overall it was a very stressful experience.
