Don’t believe the bad trip advisor reviews
Read a number of bad reviews after making my booking for a business class flight.
After reviews I was expecting a a significant additional cost to be applied as the cost of my ticket was 60% lower than booking directly with the airline, reality was quite to the contrary the booking was seamless and tickets were issued within 24 hours as quoted.
Will definitely use them again

Booking experience is good
Booking experience is good. I have to confirm that I'm flying 3 days prior which is something I've never experienced before. Hopefully all goes well when I fly. For now everything has been stress free and easy.

Best price I could find with a perfectly nice guy, Sam Miller who I spoke to on the phone after booking online. e-ticket did take a couple of days to arrive though.
