Travelandtickets Reviews

while looking for good deals on flight tickets, I came across this travel company 'Trips and Travels '.
Initially I received a great price for two tickets on Qatar Airways , with the help of a lovely and soft spoken customer services person ,Moeed. Unfortunately, the deal couldn't be finalized due to the airline issue. But Moeed patiently and very professionally helped us secure another deal. As it was getting late ,he overstayed his usual office time to sort out the tickets that very day. Infact ,Irfaan from the accounts dept was equally helpful in guiding us through the process. This company has some great customer service people. Communication is 5 star as well.

Moeed was very patience and attentive during my booking. He attended to all my complaints and worries.

Mooed was very professional, efficient when he was dealing with the search of our tickets. We would recommend him to other customers as he had great customer skills. Nowadays sales person with co.munication skills, efficiency is rate to find but he has wonderful interpersonal skills. We're extremely satisfied of his service and we had a lovely time in New York because of him.

I have spoken couple of staff of the agents but John made my day. Really grateful with his efforts and well explained. Booke you againa

Armaan has been helpful securing my tickets to Nigeria....giving me the best options available

I had a memorable and a great experience dealing with Trips and Holidays Limited for the first time. I had my fears personally, my family never wanted me to use travel agents because of past negative experiences. I was referred by a friend I was impressed by the Consultant; Abraham who took me through the process. Despite the delays from my end making choices, which took a lot of time, he remained professional, calm and patient with me. My bank almost frustrated the process when they refused transfers and suspended my account, that the company is not trusted. Some how, I went ahead using another route based on the reassurances I got from my friend and the consultant and went very successful. I received my e-ticket and receipt in real time. I will recommend this company any day any time. I'm very satisfied with the service.

The booking process was seamless and excellent. Much flexible than what I use to have before

I talked to the agent called Moeed, who has done different reasonable prices and good return flights for me, and after my confirmation, that deal was gone, so he tried other different deals which was higher price than the first deal, and I agreed on one of them.
This Agent; Moeed, worked really professionally and hard to find a good deal with my requirements, but I think their system got a problem.
I recommend this agency, but you need to act quickly, otherwise you will lose that deal and you need to pay some extra. That is the part I don’t like, but the deal they offer is a good price .

It was my first time dealing with Trips and Holidays Ltd, and I was genuinely impressed with their service. At first, I was quite skeptical and had many reservations about the company, but my consultant, Moeed, was extremely patient, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Moeed was always polite, dedicated, and available whenever I needed assistance. He worked diligently to help me obtain my visa and tirelessly searched for an affordable flight ticket that suited my needs. His commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence and made the whole experience much less stressful.

Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering Trips and Holidays Ltd to give them a try. The staff, especially Moeed, are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do their best to ensure customer satisfaction.

If there is one area that could be improved, it would be verbal communication. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I would recommend this trustworthy agent Ibraham; he was very supportive and patient with me, as I needed a specific date to travel. He was committed, communicative, and helpful in trying to help me with the best plan, and current information on cost. He successfully secured the seats on the intended flights for the specific date, and immediately the Joy flowed, and took away the stress of booking. Yes I would recommend travellers to this company, because it is that the agent takes the worry away and gives peace of mind and online guarantees of trust, hence I will be using them again for travelling the world👍🏿

Moeed was consistent in dealings and ensuring customer satisfaction....

I would recommend Abraham at Trips and Holidays travellers who need travel agents with their tickets and good prices too.
He is very professional and very detailed making sure you get the best and exactly what you need

The service from Urwa, was effective, efficient, and consistently polite. Tasks were completed accurately and quickly, and every interaction was handled with professionalism and courtesy.

Simply: Initially, I had though it was one of those marauders in the street. But then I came to trust Abraham who made it all easy and straight forward.

I had a good experience coming from Mr Abraham who was functionally upright in his dealings with me. Beside being polite, he was also a man of integrity and I can trust him anytime with my further Airline ticket booking process.

Although, there was a bit hook up with my payment, but Abraham maintained a fully steady responsiveness and supportiveness. I thank him.

Urwa listened to my needs, offered choices and she suggested the most favourable and affordable priced ticket which was available which I accepted.

This must be a scam ,I paid £100 deposit and later changed the fare without notice and forced me to accept the new fare or risk getting £47 out of my £100.The customer service us pathetic, very rude customer service agents. The reasoning is pathetic and the language is a challenge. I will never recommend anyone to such scanners instead will go down with this issue if it means losing it all I will but setting record straight.Have met such trash...

The company is reliable and trustworthy.
Will recommend friends and family members

Don’t trust them. They found an airfare on the route I wanted. I paid £100 deposit. They told me shorty afterwards that the seat was not available but they refused to refund the £100. They offered different seats at much higher prices (hmmm) which of course I declined. Carried on for months and still no refund.

This is my second time of using this agency to plan my trip and it has always been a wow experience especially from Abraham who was always there with solutions to all bottlenecks encountered during the process.Abraham is always patient with his customers and pays detailed attention to every instruction and always gets it right the first time. I strongly recommend this company for all your travelling plans.

Absolutely a disaster !
They provided me with a price at first then it changed , plus they could offer only a stop over flight instead of a direct , telling it was only a stop over of 5 hours instead of 8h.
They only gave us a voucher of £150 back to each of us for the discomfort caused .
Then on my way back from my holiday I found out they never included a 23 kg suitcase for the 3 of us and ended up paying £300 on top on my way back .
Terrible service they don’t follow the procedures and they are trying to blame on you
