Mimic official US Gov site.
Immediately after applying and taking fee of $179 which only shows after payment, I contacted them immediately and asked them to cancel as thought I was on official site. They have refused to refund and after repeated attempts to get money back they finally offered 50%. Which ended up not being full 50%. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS A RIP OFF SITE.

I blame google! This site came up first and looked legit. Turns out I paid over 3 times what it would have cost me if I’d gone directly to esta.cbp.dhs.gov
So be aware. I have checked and double checked and it looks like I do actually have a valid Esta. I’m travelling tomorrow wish me luck!

ESTA APPLICATIONS.
As indicated by other comments, when applying for an ESTA for the USA. DO NOT choose the first company listed on google TRAVEL ASSIST. this is will cost 139 dollars more than applying through the official US website "esta.cbp.dhs.gov".
The fraudulent site will process your application for you,with the information you provide and charge 179 dollars which you will not be aware of until the payment is processed. THE OFFICIAL SITE HAS THE DISTINCTIVE STATUE OF LIBERTY IN THE BACKGROUND. Normally listed second on google. Total cost should be 40.27 dollars.

They took my money at no time did they say how much they would charge until the money went out then when I complained they said they would refund 25% so I complained more and they upped it to 50% but I had already rang my bank and cancelled they said they had already been doing stuff to get it that’s a Esta and threatening me that if I didn’t go through with it my Esta would not be granted in the future

Looks just like the US government website but it isn’t. My ESTA came through, apparently, but when I checked the status on the actual US website it did not exist.

BE WARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A RUSSIA-BASED SCAM OPERATION! I requested an ESTA thinking this was the official US site, but it is affiliated to a wide range of copy-cat data harvesting sites managed by "Travelassist". Credit card information, personal data, passports, and incredibly high services charges with NO service. RED FLAG for identity theft. Avoid at all costs. If you are eligible for the VWP or ESTA you probably do not even need their "services" anyhow. Go through the official sites, avoid these scammers

Intentionally mislead to think you’re applying directly with US immigration. Picked up link from google AI who should be ashamed to recommend these crooks .
The fat cats who took our money will hopefully get justice one day.

As per most of the other reviews its scam
It’s clear your site tries to infer you are part of the US Government’s ESTA program.
I have already alerted my credit card processor and got a credit and I will be contacting the relevant US authorities to provide them with detail relating to their activities.
No doubt they have some language which just about keeps them legal but it’s clear their intention’s are to charge $179 for a $40 service and hope enough people like me accidently think they are dealing with a US Government site

This company flies beneath the radar and with clear warning diverts customers from ESTA applications to its site where it charges the 179$ for a 40$ ESTA without providing any confirmation of the payment amount. In my opinion the is a scam.

This company is not the Official company for you to get your ESTA. I got caught out, silly me, and they charged me for two so called visas £272+. They appear to be the official site, I got caught out due to a difficult time. We had just got a new passport and had not realised that the valid ESTA we had did not cover the new passports. We were refused being able to get our flight from Dublin to US. So in the heat of the moment I tried to renew our ESTA. KINDLY officials at Du lin airport helped us find the right site. So I had to pay the Official Site. We lost a day until they were authorised correctly.

When we finally got to our destination I contacted my bank, gave them all the details and they kindly managed to do a Chargeback. This has now been credited to me and now my bank shows that the money is back with me. If this happened to you keep all your information and go to your bank. Be polite and hopeful and prompt in asking for them to sort out the problem. Xxx

If I could rate this scamming fraudster so called company any lower I would. The have linked the US immigration site to theirs making it look like you are dealing directly with the official site, they then charge you unknowingly £100+ on top of the application that you fill in and complete yourself.
These should be dealt with by trading standards ( reported) and closed once and for all.

Charged 179$ for an esta that I believed was 40$. I did not confirm this amount in my banking app. During the process of completing the esta the cost did not come up as 179$. They have avoided answering my questions over the confirmation of the payment.

I was given a price of 160.00 got a email confirmation for 160.00. Thought it was a government site. My card got charge 157.95 for processing, then 179.00 fir passport renewals are not that high. Crooks fraudulent. I was never told of these extra charges

This company has a deceptive home page which makes it look official. They take your money and don't action the visa. A total scam.

Did a Google search for ESTA and this is the first site that popped up and it looked legit enough - as far as an outsider from the US is concerned. Although the visa came through, the amount charged is ridiculously exorbitant. I am giving this company a one-star for not being ashamed for charging this amount of money or having more disclaimers throughout the process. I admit this is on me for not paying more attention, but this should be on this company as well to do better

Horrible. Far more harm than good. I was trying to get a passport for travel and the guy at the copy shop mistakenly put me in their website, so I didn't know it was them. They claimed my photo, etc. checked out, but the Dept. of State put a hold on the application because the photos don't match up. THE WORST PART about it is that I can't get another passport before I leave for Thailand because they put in the application, so I can't travel until at least December 29th when I can make an appointment at the U.S> passport office. Hate them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Es una web que me aparecio como 1ra opcion de obtener ESTA para USA ,APAREECE COMO
USImmigrationDocument.org . Es como web pantalla de ESTA oficial , solo das cuenta cuando pagas o cuando te llego duda porque tan caro es este servicio . Me cobraron 179 dolares (154,26 euros), entraron datos en la web oficial de Esta y me enviaron la foto. He hecho 2 visados, cuando entendi que no era oficial me he buscado web de ESTA oficial y comprobe los datos - uno tenia datos correctos( numero de applicaicon etc y estaba aprobado ), pero el otro no tenia datos correctos, estaba puesto que iba de transito y no era correcto . Ademas te reenvian datos de la web oficial y lo crees .Escribi a la embajada preguntando si puedo cambiar estos datos para usar el visado. Pero me da miedo que tengan todos los datos de personas que entran para obtencion de visado a traves de su web y luego pueden usarlos para lo que sea..Luego contestan que te has equivocado y no son ellos adonde esribes. Los email que estaban puestos en la web de ESTA , eran 2 email jamaicac5form_gmail.com y dominicanrepublictickets_gmail.com- y las pude cambiar porque permite la web hacer este update.Pero si teniendo datos personales lo pueden cambiar de nuevo. Voy a enviar esta web a la web de scammers y hay que avisar y a la embajada de EEUU sobre estos fraudes.Espero que os ayudara mi mala experiencia.

This company is totally fraudulous. They charged us € 177 for tickets for Tokyo Skytree and we never received anything. When we arrived at Skytree there were big warning signs for this company. They have a sponsored advert for Skytree on Google with the address tokyo-skytree.co. The extension "co" shows you it's fraudulent. The extension of the official web address is "jp". I reported this to Google but they refuse to take the advert down. They should be ashamed: earning money from thieves! Does that not make you a thieve as well?
