SCAM!!! Be careful! The lure you with the low prices but then change it and make it look it is the airline fault. They won’t cancel so don’t buy with them. They can’t make you pay for something you have not agreed yet. So don’t sign or confirm anything on the phone or email. If a credit card is used lock it immediately.

I booked at this website, aiming to have a cheaper flight, unfortunately. I received an email from customer service without the link of my reservation. I argued with the customer service to send me the email back, with the confirmation. She wants to charged me with a $150 voluntary cancellation fee payment link as I made a cheap reservation, first my ticket was not confirmed, second she's asking me to pay more money and that they will allow you to book a more expensive ticket. How can I get charged without receiving back my confirmation, she did not want to re send my confirmation to my email.

COMPLETE SCAM...I cant believe Trust Pilot is posting this garbage. Classic bait and switch. Booked a flight from LAS to ORD with them, for $96 bucks. Less than 5 minutes later, was called to say that flight was booked full but they could get me on it for $229. I went direct with the airlines and found it for $115 with 66 seats still available, while I was on the phone with them. "James" informed me the reservation was non refundable but he checked with his "team" and they could now do it for $195. Received at least 5 more calls from two different numbers from "Fedora" and "James". In checking further with his "team" James could now do tickets for $165. Early the next morning, I get more texts from "Fedora" demanding a call. Credit card has not been charged to this point but I am keeping a watchful eye. STAY AWAY! You clowns know who I am...don't play the game...I just did'nt pull James or Fedora outta my rear-end...332-203-0153 and 332-282-6911..must have pulled those numbers out of my rear end as well....Why is every complaint the same?

Do not book with this Online Travel Agency! I repeat do not book with this Online Travel Agency! They are a SCAM.. Immediately after you make a reservation they will call and say the price went up.. Like double... Then they say you cannot cancel and they will search for other flights for you. Less than 8 hours of my booking they say the airline didn't accept it bcs they are now booked. I looked on the other websites and those flights are still available. I locked my Credit Card after seeing they haven't charged it yet which they can't bcs they can't confirm my flights. Not a good expericence and feeling... not worth it!

This travel website is a scam! DO NOT be cheated! I booked a ticket for $927.37 round trip from Houston to Shanghai and received the acknowledgement letter with reservation number, The next day I called and try to follow-up on the status of the booking. The agent Diana said she was not able to confirm the flight but gave me an option for a very expensive rate $1298.98 or $1495.98. I said if she cannot give the original price, please cancel my booking. But she said she cannot cancel it. This is a scam definitely! First they let you purchase their advertise price and then they will tell you we can't secure a ticket for that price so you will be stuck with them to buy a much expensive rate. Beware and avoid this website! TravelJunction is a scam!

This travel website is a scam. I booked a ticket for 966 round trip from Los Angeles to Cebu Philippines, The next day I called and try to follow-up on the status of the booking. The agent said they were not able to confirm the flight but already charged my card for the 966 dollars. The agent gave an option for a very expensive rate with the same itineray of 1700+ and another 1600+ the agent is saying he is giving me a discount. A discount for what? He said with the price he is taking a lose. No No... I am taking a loss, for that 966 dollars that they charged and now they wont give me a refund. The agent even said you can write a review or block your card but your money is stuck with us there is nothing you can do about it. This is a scam defenitely first they let you purchase their advertise price and then they will tell you we can't secure a ticket for that price so you will be stuck with them to buy a much expensive rate. Beware and avoid this website. TravelJunction is a scam.

They won't send my refund as promised.
I have had a terrible experiance when I canceled my cruise. At first they said they would send a refund and even sent me the info that they did. That was one months ago. Still owed $837. They continue to delay and I have sent them reciepts of transactions knowing that they have them on there computer, I will not go away. Charles could fix this just by sending me my refund.

This site is scam, they will bait-and-switch practices, such as offering tickets at a low price but later demanding additional payments and imposing unexpected cancellation fees. Edited based on your response below.
Reservation Number XP668695 You booked a flight round trip to Athens for $766.18. And within 10 min your agent called telling me the flight is sold out and you wanted to sell me the same flight for almost double the price $1437.66 and that I will be charged cancelation fee if I choose not to upgrade. Your organization knows very well how you conduct your business, so please don't sugar coat me with your cliche answer below. You wasted my time, made me cancel my credit card, aggravated me, and took all my personal information. Your travel agency should not exist, sooner or later authorities will catch up with you, Or you will be facing a major class action lawsuit hopefully soon.

Muy mala experiencia, su estrategia es que hagas la reserva con ellos, después cuándo confirman con la Aerolínea te dicen que para ésa fecha no hay disponibilidad, o tienes ida pero no regreso, en el mejor de los casos sólo les queda Cabina Plus.
Aunque decidas cancelar ésa reserva te cobran un fee de $125 según las políticas de cancelación.
En fin, no cumplen con lo que te ofertan y además del tiempo que pierdes en esclarecer su mala gestión te perjudican económicamente.
Esta claro, si quieres perder tiempo y dinero, reserva con traveljunction.
Cuándo pones una reseña, te responden, la sorpresa es que no encuentran tu reserva...., debes además ayudarles a buscar.

BEWARE- Bait and switch
BEWARE- Bait and switch. The company is based in the UK. The common cost of a round trip flight from Los Angeles to Bangkok is $1000. I found flights on Traveljunctionus.com for $376. Of course when I call the find out when I get confirmation, the price changes to $900. They say the seats are not available. While I am on the phone I recreate the flight and it IS available. They tell me it takes 24 hrs to update. Right, in an industry that changes by the minute. Don't waste your time.
Regarding the reply from the agent. This is just more lies. I called these guys back 4 times and spoke with a supervisor. All of them had the same approach which was to ignore the booking and try to triple to cost, even though I could find the same low fare on their site again and again. It is all just a bait-and-switch con.

Classic "Bait and Switch" scam
Classic "Bait and Switch" scam. Booked for a roundtrip ticket for $830, two hours later I get a call from their representative who tells me that my return flight was already fully booked and that I would have to pay an additional $900 for the plane fare. It was more than a hundred percent increase from what I originally agreed to pay for. But they said that if I cancel I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee.
They will not give you what you signed up for. Buyer Beware.

Please BEWARE--Nothing Trustworthy Here
Please BEWARE. This is an absolute scam! We purchased two tickets in good faith, saw e-tickets pop up, received two or three phone calls telling us that our price would not stick...but it had in fact nearly doubled, and that we would need to pay $1900 total for two tickets rather than the $1100 quoted. In order to "cancel" according to their "policy," we had to "authorize" $300 as a fee. Better that, learned the hard way, than the total with no assurance of a ticket or flight. Justice will come.
P.S. Notice the grammatical errors and verbiage...as well as the obvious hidden intent.
