Weird, felt like a scam, but actaully wasn't.
Well, the tickets DID come through, and they did work just fine. but I found it stressful because it was all a bit weird. The confirmation email didn't look right - there weren't the usual details of baggage rules etc. Then I emailed the support a couple of times and got one word answers. Then I discovered that the exact same flight was quite a bit cheaper on expedia, and realised that the confirmation email said both "paid" and "to be paid" on the same page. so I did wonder if the whole thing was a scam that had taken my money. But in the end the etickets worked fine - though I did pay a bit over the odds. ...And then they put lots of pressure on me to write a review - so here it is!!

Scammers
Scammers! Found a cheap fare for LHR-SFO on United. Booked it. 5 mins later someone calls me to upsell me checked baggage and they wanted £135 per flight. I said no way, I'd go direct to United. Then they said that actually I can't have the fare I booked as there was a "glitch" and it's going to be £50 extra per seat for the flights. And that my only options were to pay the extra £100 or cancel but if I cancelled I wouldn't get my money back for 2 to 3 months. I cancelled and blocked the card payment but fortunately it had not gone through yet. Ended up booking direct with United for lower price.

Total scammer
Total scammer! The 5- star reviews are all fake and make-up. We missed a flight called them from google search and login a website to issue a replacement ticket for the next flight. They charge £500 and then we found nothing at all when we went to checkin. We found out with airline later we only need to pay £200 normally for reissuing a ticket. Total scammer!
Very soon their customer service will reply below stating that “they could not find the record of our service and pretend we are accusing them” so watch out guys!

Scam - not a direct booking platform.
Received a confirmation email with Aer Lingus branding and a confirmation number. Then received a call, saying price had changed and I had to pay and additional £100+
The person on the call was evasive: "we did not charge your card, you paid".
This is not legitimate, and they know exactly what they're doing. Am in the process of escalating so they can't do this to others.

POSE AS THE ACTUAL AIRLINE TO SCAM YOU!
Somehow have got my details from my direct booking with BA, not through any agent at all. I had spoken with BA direct and booked some seats.
This company then email me, pretending to be BA and trying to get me to pay for pre booked seats. They emailed me from fake email BA.CustSvcs
Their email mimics a BA email.
When I called to ask them why, they ended the call. The next time I called them, they diverted my call to 999.
I have no idea how these people got my details, either via a scam or hack at BA. I am not happy and will take this further.

I bought a flight on this side and…
I bought a flight on this side and their main carrier is Ryanair since April and i had questions and some doubts. I have been calling the customer service so many times. Every time someone took the call, they say hello and dropped. I have sent emails to them and no response. I have called Ryanair and they do not recognize my booking reference.
I am afraid to show up at the airport and i am told i have no booked flights. Any suggestions or advice on what i can do, it´s frustrating.
