£500 in fees and not doing what has been paid for!!
My sister in law booked using this company on a Virgin Atlantic flight to Tampa, Florida, paid an extra £150 to choose her seat, total cost +£1500.
This ticket on Virgins own site is £826 + £98 for seat choice, so +£576 cheaper.
She requested the agent give her a breakdown of the fees and to also book the seats, nothing has been done in the past month!
Very disappointing, would not recommend this company as they have taken advantage of someone instead of giving the service that has been paid over the odds for.
July Update.
They asked and received all the details of the trip, Jake the rep got back to me, but keeps giving us the run around, says that the extra £150 was for a flex ticket, it is not.
I keep requesting a breakdown of costs detailing their charges, their website lists a maximum of £250, so how they got +£576 is what we are trying to figure out.
Not got anything and now they have totally ghosted us.
A very disappointing experience and basically defrauded the sister in law.

Be Warmed !! Pity there is a no star category!
False advertising to the consumer not the cheapest the actual airliners are cheaper AND they include luggage eg. Qatar included 2 x 23kg bags and hand luggage. Whereby they advertise (in the little drop down menu) 2xcabin bags and 2x check in but no where not even on the terms and Conditions (which they say it’s there) do they say the two checked in bags can only weigh a total of 14kg !!? So you must pay on top of the ‘not the cheapest’ fare another 123 pounds for your suitcase! Deception and horrible customer service. Basically where do they get five starts!!? Also I am without the money in my account and ticket has been issued and they are rediculously under trained.

booked a flight months before. 3 days before flight tried to online check in but my number was not recognised. got in touch my flight had been cancelled due to over booking, no one informed so i had to rebook with another company and paid a lot more, reschedule my pick ups and hotel. they paid me back only 75 % of what i paid, now they ignore me, joke of a company

Booking went wrong
Booked a lastminute flight for the next day and received conformation email, but upon checking in it turned out I was mot listed in the flight. Payment didn't come through, travelofflights replied. Which was true but don't know why and it's a strange thing, never experienced before.

Scam. Do not use. Sent booking confirmation then called me at 21:00hrs at night telling me to change my flight and it would be an upgrade that i had to pay. STAY CLEAR. Will update if they take money but they havent yet.

Worst experience everr…..
Worst experience i wanted to cancel my flight because of my grandma death and they are asking for unnecessary documentation although I have provided the hospital report and death confirmation. It’s still in process and they are not refunding the money. In this hard situation they every time ask for a new supporting. I have cancelled other flights as well they understand the situation but here they are not refunding and just asking for further support in this hard time. Previously I gave 5 stars but I didn’t knew they are not flexible.
