I can’t thank Scott enough for all his help in booking my holiday. I had an issue with the easy jet website so I had called over and Scott was amazing. He was so friendly and kind and patient. Answered all my questions and went above what was expected. Genuinely made the experience so painless. Really hope if you’re booking you are lucky enough to get him. Got the holiday I wanted and every detail perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks so much again

Absolutely terrible, called as need specific requirements for special needs son for a low level room. Once paid for, doubled checked this had been organised, told it was. Emailed hotel and told lowest room for this room was a 5th floor. Hours of phone calls and to be told managers do not work weekends and still no answers. Takes hours to get through, do not use for advice absolutely terrible

After having issues trying to book a holiday on the website we rang Travel solutions network and Valerie was able to sort out the booking for us. In just over 10mins everything was booked and paid for with confirmation emailed received. Excellent customer service.

Seamless experience. Valerie Burton was very helpful in making our booking go very smoothly. This is now the second time this year I have booked this ways for an Easy Jet holiday which we found the best way for us to go on holiday with them.
