This windproof infrared propane stove from Traverseon has officially become my go-to gear for both regular camping and boat camping trips because I am incredibly impressed with its performance. The heat control is excellent, allowing me to easily adjust the flame down to very low levels for precise cooking. It also performs great in mild winds without blowing out, making it highly reliable on the water and at the campsite. On top of a fantastic product, the company provided great communication throughout the process, so I highly recommend this stove to any outdoor enthusiast.

They have quality gear and I was able to get some of it on sale. Really unique pieces, stuff I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere else! I bought a one person tent and a wood camping stove. Both were compact and appear to be very durable.

I am stepping in to personally address your email. You have every right to be angry, and I completely understand your frustration.

Waiting over a month since mid-May with zero tracking movement—and receiving no proactive communication from our team about the delay—is absolutely unacceptable. When you invest $286 in premium gear, you expect reliable service and transparent updates. We failed to deliver that to you, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

I am not going to make excuses about logistics or shipping partners. The responsibility is ours. To make this right immediately, I want to give you full control over how we proceed. Please let me know which of the following two options you prefer:

Option 1: Immediate Full Refund. I will process a 100% refund of your $286 right now, no questions asked.

Option 2: Expedited Replacement. If you are still willing to give us a chance, I will personally oversee the dispatch of a brand-new tent today via expedited overnight/2-day shipping at our own cost. (If the original delayed tent ever shows up, you can keep it as a backup or gift it to a friend).

Traverseon does not keep promises re: full refund. I emailed the so called Johann, the founder of Traverseon who replied to my review that I posted about a week ago about the full refund (to their support email address as he didn't leave his direct contact details), and as I thought no one reacted to it. The replies are a weak attempt at trying to make Traverseon look credible. Behind that curtain, there's AI replying for them so no one is actually responding to my review. Since the AI is responding on their behalf it stands and I am keeping records of everything. They have not made good on their promises. Stay away from Traverseon com.

My tent is AWESOME 👌 I love it 😀

I bought the hand held trimmer based on 30 day return. When it arrive I realized it was going to be too heavy for me to use. I have arthritis in my right hand. When I contacted the company, I was told it was promotional and discounted which is an out and out lie. I paid full price. Receipt shows this! It is brand new in box. Do not do business with this company as their 30 day return policy is false. Their website looks great, but trust me they are not trustworthy. Reporting them for misleading customers

We are extremely happy with our infrared camping stove. It has quickly become one of the best additions to our camping setup.

What we appreciate most is the safety. Because the stove uses infrared heating without an open flame, we feel much more comfortable using it in dry areas where wildfire risk can be a concern.

The stove performs flawlessly, heats up quickly, and is highly efficient. It is smartly designed, compact, and easy to use, whether we're staying at a campsite or wild camping.

As an added bonus, the delivery was fast, and the product fully met our expectations.

We can highly recommend this stove to anyone looking for a safe, efficient, and practical cooking solution for camping and outdoor adventures.

We were really excited to have found this Tailgate Pro Shelter, it was priced right and the shipping, (although I dealt with a new tracking app, I wasn't familiar with), the Items,( I received two), came in about 7-9 days after order. These came from over seas and we're Airdropped. The Tailgate Pro Shelter is Compact and Effective for The Car Camping we do on a Regular basis. It's simple and keeps the bugs out and the breeze in, or out if that is my preference at the tine. It stores with a Small Footprint (important for car camping) Great Job Traverseon fits Great on my Traverse, and I like that it's universal and works on my Buddies SUV as well, we use it for fishing. I'm loving the solo camping collection! The infrared windproof stove is great for a road trip into the mountains of Alaska.

The order came promptly and customer communication was great too.

What I like most is how compact and practical it is. It doesn’t take much space, but performs like a much bigger cooking setup. I’ve used it for frying steak, heating oil, coffee and general camping cooking – no issues at all.

Overall, a great piece of kit for anyone into camping, van life, or outdoor cooking. Highly recommended!

Purchased a heated blanket. I complained to the company that it didn't seem to be generating enough heat (not working as expected). They replied quickly with question about how it was being used. I won't go into all the details of the multiple emails but they included sending pictures to Traverson and purchasing additional power packs to operate the unit. As far as I concerned as the consumer the product was defective and I shouldn't have to continue to purchase items to make it work, a couple of batteries Ok, but a $30 power pack! I honestly became frustrated with the continued requests for pictures and spec sheets and gave up.

It seems unless there’s a bad review this co doesn’t care. I have emailed 3x without an answer. I would choose another store with other products. I would never recommend. They have taken the cost without a confirming email. I think this company is fake. I will report to hopefully help others

I had some trouble with them originally but soon after posting my previous review, I was reached out to immediately by their support team explaining everything that was going on, understandably it was the holidays for the team so the amount of time that passed before my item was shipped to me was reasonable, I ordered the bait casting rod that’s available on their website, it showed up to me today, a few days prior to their return/refund policy stated on their website, so I hope I like the rod. I haven’t used it to fish with yet but it seems legit. Further update to the review to come after I get on a fish with it.

I’m having the same issue as others it seems. Order something Feb 15, haven’t heard a peep or seen any movement on tracking. Just that I confirmed payment. Very frustrating.

Paid $70 for a $2 car heater. The unit is very small and the fan is very weak. Also, the heating element does not function at all. When I noticed shipping from China, I knew it was an inferrior product. The return shipping would cost more than the item is worth.

Ordered a tent- received notice it was shipping direct from China. Received notice three weeks later that it was delayed. Contacted company who said they would look into it. At this point I had to go buy a different tent for a planned trip. I have asked for a refund as I never received the item. Three emails have gone unanswered. I am filing a complaint with the state AGs office.

My socket struggled at first, but once I used the extension cable, the car heater worked perfectly! It defrosted the cabin in just a few minutes.

I needed a replacement part, and while it took a couple of days to hear back, they sorted out my issue without any hassle.

This Traverseon gas stove is impressive - it boiled water faster than my kettle at home, and the flame never flickered on a windy ridge.

First Traverseon order only arrived after I had put a stop on payment through credit card. Company had stopped responding to emails from me. When I told them the item came finally I wrote again and told them I’d received it and was ready to pay for it, still no response from support. Thought I’d try them again since I liked the item I did finally receive, and got a best customer code (I thought maybe this was a response to my problems with the first order). Placed two more orders with the Traverseon which were cancelled without any explanation. On the second order, a note came claiming that I had cancelled the order which I had not. Again no response when I tried to contact customer support. I don’t think the company is worth this kind of treatment but I hope others don’t have a bad experience as they appear to have interesting items.
