Not trustworthy
After more than a month and after several emails my order never did show up. Nor could I track my order. They just kept saying:
- "It's on the way".
In my point of view this is not a trustworthy company at all.
Luckily I bought this item through PayPal and got my money back.
I don't recommend Traverseon at all.

At that time, we had partnered with a logistics company that turned out to be unreliable—sadly, a risk that is all too common these days. This caused unnecessary confusion, and I sincerely apologize for that experience.
Since then, we’ve corrected the issue. All shipments now come with verifiable tracking numbers, and in your case we already proactively issued a full refund so you wouldn’t bear any loss.
Traverseon is a genuine brand, with an official website, verified payments, authentic customer reviews, and trackable deliveries to customers around the world. We are not scammers, and continuing to say so publicly does not reflect the reality.
