Very prompt delivery. Product as advertised

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 items and was sent 2 tracking numbers. One package arrived fine, Ottoman was ok quality for the price.
But...the other package (shoe cabinet) did not arrive that day and the tracking number was coming up as "not valid".
I emailed to see about getting the right tracking number (no reply), but that's ok the item ended up arriving.
However it arrived damaged.
I emailed to advise of the damaged product (no reply) and so I tried to complete the warranty claim on the website.
The warranty claim form on the website would not allow the product to be selected or photos to be uploaded etc, and the form would not submit (dispite being signed in).
So again I emailed.
Their website says response in 24 hours, but I have yet to see a reply to any of my emails and the warranty form on their website doesn't work.
So I'm currently just stuck having paid for an unusable item.
Here's hoping someone gets back to me...

Ordered Sunday night and arrived today. Easy instructions to put together and perfect for our small dining space.

Fast service and a great product for the price

Lack of email communication from the time I placed my order.
After 3 phone calls I finally recieved my product purchase. Im hoping the refund isnt going to take a long time.
Matthew a trainee was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve the issues with my purchase. He dealt with this grumpy lady very professionally and gracefully accepted my apology for being grumpy. He made things better.

Desk was just what I expected, and fast delivery

Customer service was amazing just when I picked up my item at the pickup zone would have been nice if one person offered to help us load our item in the vehicle as it was heavy, apart from that everything was good

I haven't received the tallboy and the dresser. Only received 5 boxes of the 3 door wardrobe and 2 door wardrobe

I recently purchased the Lustra 2 Piece Dressing Table with Mirror & Stool Set, and unfortunately I have been unable to complete the assembly due to missing and defective parts.

The issues are:
• All of the drawer side panels are missing, so none of the drawers can be assembled.
• One of the drawer panels (Part 17) was manufactured without the required pre-drilled holes, making it unusable.

I have attached photos showing the missing drawer parts and the defective panel.

Could you please send the replacement parts as soon as possible? Please let me know if you require my order number or any other information to process this request.
