Great service twice today from my bank in being able to easily use the mobile app and customer service line and in receving some bank transfer information very swiftly via the chat messaging.

Triodos, unlike most other banks, certainly all those I know of that are online-only banks, has adequate staffing levels to be able to more fully address customer needs and enquiries, and where a member of staff does not have an answer, they will do the research and get back in touch with an answer. In general Triodos provides a better level of service and is patient, attentive, careful, polite, informative, reliable and provides good quality customer service.

THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AFTER I RECEIVED UNIVERSAL CREDIT. NOW AFTER 1 month and A half STILL WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY.
