I absolutely love these bowl sets. The table is sturdy and easy to put together. Tray locks onto table and doesn’t sip. Super easy to clean! My old dog bowl table would collect water and was such a mess to clean. Bowls are magnetic and stay in place. Also, the colors and sizes are perfect! I have a medium set and a large set for my two dogs. The medium bowls fit on the large table pad as well. Highly recommend

Bought 2 , 1 for each of my large breed dogs. Love everything about the product just wish the pedestal would be more heavy duty. One did seem more solid and stable than the other.

I have 4 of these for my two large speed eating dogs. I really wanted to love this but the metal puzzles ended up wearing down both of their teeth in less than a month! The packaging also didn't come complete with the magnets and when I contacted customer service they ghosted me.

Would skip if you want to save money and your dog's teeth. I now have 4 that are just collecting dust!

Product is awesome and service is exceptional. Ordered the wrong mat and they sent a return labeled and I ordered the correct one.

I do NOT recommend getting your bowls from Trot. The idea seems nice & the set up is esthetically pleasing but I promise it’s not worth it to have to deal with their absolutely TERRIBLE customer service & warranty. These bowls rust in less than a year. Then, when you want to use their “lifetime warranty “ you will not be able to get in contact with anyone. Just go to Instagram and check the comment section for proof. I will say they did just randomly send me the water bowls to replace the rusted ones, but with no email or communication. I just received a shipping email randomly after over 6 months of me emailing them. I really had high hopes & was happy to pay a higher price but something is obviously going on with the way they are running things. Just don’t do it

Customer service was responsive and helpful. I ordered two elevated feeders. Top notch.

Great product, I've been ordering for almost 2 years.

Love the products. Bowls and stand are as pictured and good quality. My dogs seem to really like that their bowls are raised up. Especially my 12 year old who has some flexibility issues.

I returned the product over a month ago, brand new and unused. I needed a different size stand for my dog. They have neither sent the new stand or refunded my money. Nor are they communicating anything about the return with me. I have followed up with them three times. Very poor customer service. V

item is defective, i’ve tried reaching out to them to see if i can get a replacement and no response at all. they don’t take accountability. don’t order from them. my bowl has paint on it and stand is all wobly. payed $160 for this quality and worst customer service

The day the items were delivered, I knew the bowel would not work out for my dog so I tried to return product. I received an email that my return request has been submitted and is being reviewed and that I will get an email once it’s completed. Have not received anything. Only gets emails to review product.

These food and water bowls are perfect. They are clearly much higher quality than the "stainless steel" you can buy at Petsmart. The puzzle bowls took some time for my pups to figure out, but they've got it now with no problem. The magnetic mats are also a huge win. The dishes stay put and do not become chew toys.

Are these expensive? Absolutely. However, I think they'll last for years to come.

I took one star away only because of shipping. The company ships them with the absolute slowest method, because there is nothing else I order that takes as long as these did. That was a little frustrating.

Overall I would definitely buy them again.

I had issues with a defective product and poor customer service.
I ordered a 12-inch raised stand with bowl set. After putting it together the stand was not standing evenly and wiggling a lot. I tried multiple times to fix it, as well as place it in different spots of the house. I could not fix the issue. I reached out to the company stating my issue. It did take a few days to hear back. The company stated they can either offer me a replacement or a refund.
I stated I’ll take a refund. My plan was to order a new stand eventually. I paid $140 for this product, I did use a 20% off coupon. To my surprise I got a $16 refund. I reached out to the company asking why it was only $16. They stated that was the refund for the stand.
Which is understandable but that was not mentioned to me at all. I reached back out to the company stating that no one mentioned it was only $16, in that case I rather just have a replacement sent to me and I will send back that stand. I didn’t hear from the company for 5 days. I decided to reach back out. To my surprise the email I received stated “the issue has been resolved”
Very poor communication and customer service. I do love the bowl, the stand is great too other than not being even and wiggling around. For the amount you’re paying for this product, they need to invest more in their customer service and better communication.

Quality seems great, concept is fantastic and I haven’t found anything that compares, but overall I do think product is a bit overpriced. Lots of reviews about customer service and shipping- I had no issues with shipping.

I purchased the medium size puzzle bowl for my 30lb dog. The quality is really nice and durable. I would like to order a large puzzle bowl for my other dog but the cost is the only part holding me back.

The most sturdy and beautiful bowls! They look elegant, but they are so durable. They stay put while the dog eats and are super easy to clean. Love them!
