Troy-Bilt Horse, attenzione alla batteria con garanzia massima di SOLO 1 MESE !!!

La garanzia di una batteria di avviamento, qualsiasi sia il modo in cui essa viene commercializzata, è pari ad un anno. Ho acquistato a fine luglio 2024 un trattorino rasaerba Troy-Bilt Horse, niente di che, solo tremila euro di mezzo meccanico. Mi viene consegnato da Agrieuro, società da cui ho operato l'acquisto, con la batteria completamente scarica. Comprendo che il problema è da attribuirsi probabilmente ad una lunga giacenza in magazzino, sono un ex meccanico d'auto, non mi preoccupo, dunque metto in carica la batteria e mi godo il nuovo acquisto per il parco. Agosto e settembre lavora poco e niente, ma si rendono necessarie varie ricariche, attribuisco il problema al fatto che lavora poco dato il caldo e l'assenza di crescita dell'erba in assenza di piogge, ma la batteria comunque mostra segni di stanchezza ad ogni avviamento. Contatto la società Agrieuro chiedendo una batteria in sostituzione, a loro volta Agrieuro si rivolge alla casa madre chiedendo la batteria che gli viene negata, si, perchè secondo chissà quale astrusa e fantasiosa regola, la sostituzione poteva essere effettuata al limite entro un mese dalla consegna del mezzo...
Agrieuro, azienda seria, si offre di fornirmi una batteria a titolo di "gesto commerciale", rifiuto seccamente di accettare a titolo di una gentilezza qualcosa che ritengo mi spetti di diritto. Fa niente, acquistate disinvoltamente Troy-Bilt, e se avrete noia con la batteria contestatela pure, ma entro un mese... cogli l'attimo.

After ordering & paying for snowblower parts online, I was to receive a conformation email. Never came. Triedto contact Troy-Bilt by phone. Nothing but an electronic response - then a hold - then a disconnect. Have received no email contact from Troy-Bilt Canada.
No matter how I try, I cannot contact any support or tracking of my order.

Let me just start with, I was so exited to acquire my brand new lawn mower tractor for my brand new home. Delivery was made on timely manner. Driver did mentioned that some parts were underneath the tractor .No help to unpack test or make sure everything was there. i had to find out after an hour of unpacking that the seat, keys wheel and i don't know if any other parts that should be included was missing .i tried to contact support , they don't work weekends. I called first thing Monday .Explained what happened. I honestly was expecting empathy or maybe an apology for the inconvenience . but instead (Britney) first agent said that is normal they occasionally send out orders missing parts .I ask if there was type of remedy or solution .Nothing was offered. i asked to talk to a manager , just to find out they need 24 to 48 hour to reply back. only at that point i realized the customer service offered was not at the standards of the prices .I immediately requested the cancellation and have them pick up of the half order delivered .case# !00DA00hHew.!500Rd0EhLIr. Minutes later Just to clarify and make sure i didn't miss anything and ask if there was going to be an out of pocket expense for the return. i contacted a virtual agent(Violet) she said no cost out of pocket .This was another opportunity to offer a sincere apology. Nothing happened. Instead (Violet) said ** They are coming to pickup the tractor either today or tomorrow, according to the notes from your last interaction. I think it would be best to just let the return take place. Case #09786240** That right there said a lot about the culture behind the product. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Company sends "no-reply" emails about shipping. I had to go through numerous hoops with their shipper, and was informed my package was due 3/31. Then, date was changed to 4/1, and then again to 4/2. Tonight (4/2) they "updated" it to two days ago, saying it was delivered 3/31. Except, there is no package! UPS site says I am "not eligible to file a claim"! Troy-bilt's idea of help is an unmanned chat link, which of course is NO help.

Followup on 4/3: called 800 number, was told package still out for delivery. Stopped at USPS, and was told it was delivered. Troy-bilt rep would not agree to refund my money or move this up the ladder.
