We left a review of a spot we rented for 2 nights and Rob immediately called and addressed our concern for the area we were at. He was very attentive, professional and pleasant to work with. We appreciate the response to our review, knowing we were important enough to receive the call was very impressive.

I wasnt expecting a call Christmas morning but Robert outdid himself calling me thats the start he ranned over my subscription with me and fixed what i needed very professional keep up the good work

Pulled up to the parking lot at 730 all the spots in the text message that are dedicated to TPC were either parked in, saved a normal car a goose neck, or, someone dropped a trailer cockeyed taking 2 spots.

The phone number on the sign didnt work.

I sent an email to the 24/7 contact, and they reached out to me after about 30-40min. John T, reached out and set everything straight, gave me another list of numbers and one of them was empty.

Would of been a 5 star, if it was just customer service, its a 4 for lack of management getting on to people taking 2 spots with one dropped trailer. Ect. Great job John, took a 1 star review to a 4. Very helpful.

For when we cannot find parking, they are most definitely friendly and helping people.And to try to work with you on your booking dates, we just need more of them. I will continue using the truck parking club.

On December 22, 2025, I became a member of Truck Parking Club and booked my first night at the Vineland, New Jersey location.

The sign-up, booking, and payment process was easy. Their website and app clearly show site details and images, which helps drivers know exactly what to expect and where the parking area is located.

After leaving a review on Truck Parking Club’s website, I received a call from Robert thanking me for becoming a member and for taking the time to write the review. That meant a lot.

In an industry that can often feel cold and impersonal, this was a welcome change. Thank you, Robert, and thank you, Truck Parking Club.

This was a great experience from convinient parking lots all arround to great customer service,will definitelu be their customer again.

I really like this app. Easiest way to find parking when you need it in a hurry. Had a question and Robert called me within minutes. I was pretty impressed. I use them in Lancaster PA and Springfield MA and have had zero issues.

Robert provided great service beyond what he was supposed to do in order to get me a monthly subscription. As a former truck driver I appreciated the effort he put into making this experience valuable.

Chris was very helpful with the questions I had. He is such a pleasant person to talk to over the phone. 5 stars for Chris.

Great places to park and people behind the phone. I always use Truck parking club for hometime. Very convenient and affordable. Unlike a lot of truck parking here in Fort Worth.

Robert i believed helped me out. He was very professional and helped resolved an issue I had with my booking. My issue was resolved in a timely matter . I was impressed by the commitment to going the extra mile. Robert anticipated my needs before they arose and proactively offered suggestions and workarounds that improved my overall experience. Roberts communication was clear and transparent throughout the entire process, which made the service incredibly efficient.

I have had very positive experiences with Truck Parking Club. Whenever I need parking the app provides a very convenient means to locate parking. Recently I had trouble extending parking. I sent a message and they responded very quickly and assisted me. I highly recommend this service app.
