What a scam. Negative stars. Poor quality thin fabrics and a Bogus return policy. You will never get the clothing expected and never get your $ back if you try to return.

Honestly, I didn't even want to give 1 star but couldn't proceed without it. I have read the reviews from previous Tru Form Boutique customers and totally agree with them. I ordered a dress online that looked amazing, but what I actually got (when it finally arrived) was a dress that was of very poor quality and the stitching was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SCAM!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

I have been trying for a week to get a Jacket that is two small returned. I ordered a XL and if fits like a L. Its a leather jacket that feels and looks like vinyl cheap.
which wasn't so bad cuz of the price. But they also say on their website easy 30 day return. Never again will I buy from them. Also the phone number they have isn't working. I called it and this number isn't a working number.

I would give zero stars if I could. The clothing is cheap polyester with the design of the pictured garment printed on it. It's not even the correct shape. They make it look like they are shipping from the US and then they tell you that it's too expensive to return and that will give you a partial refund which never happens. They are lying scammers.

This is one of my worst order experiences. Something I ordered more than a month ago is apparently still in transit. Very poor service and poor responses. They typically say it’s still in transit but no one knows where the items are. Total waste of money. Please DO NOT purchase from this seller. Worst customer experience!!!

Don’t ever buy off this company as it is taking me nearly 30 days to receive my item I brought. I have asked for a refund. They have said I can’t get a refund. I am still waiting on the address. I ordered one of the worst companies ever to deal with. They do not honour what their website says.

This company’s ZERO!!!!!!! is a complete scam. I have reported them. To accc. I ordered in May and still not received my goods. They are horrible to deal with after over 50 emails no closer to getting a refund, nor a response . Please don’t waste your time purchasing your just throwing your money away. This is a fraudulent company 😡I wish I seen these reviews before I ordered.

2 months ago I ordered (stupidly trusting their advertising from Sydney), I have contacted many times re a refund only to get told it’s already being shipped 😂 If it wasn’t so frustrating it would be funny!
They are a complete scam.

This is a formal record of my experience with this merchant.

The items received were materially not as described and significantly differ from the product representations shown on the company’s website and marketing materials, including clear discrepancies in quality and construction.

Although the seller advertises a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee,” this policy was not honored in a reasonable or practical manner. I was instructed to return the items internationally to China at my own expense, plus additional customs fees, which makes the refund process effectively inaccessible and not aligned with the advertised guarantee.

Despite the company appearing to operate from Miami, no local return option was provided. Additionally, the delayed delivery further reduced the effective return window, despite my timely request for resolution.

Based on misrepresentation of the product and unreasonable return conditions, I consider this transaction to be merchandise not as described and a failure to honor the stated refund policy.

Garbage. Sizing wrong. Colors wrong. Not in Miami. China. Did receive credit via a charge back to my credit card as they refused. Wanted to play “let’s make a deal” on the refund as the items needed to be shipped back to China. . Not continental US. Very deceptive.

If I could give them a negative review I would. They misrepresent where they are located, misrepresent their product, lied about giving a refund and stopped responding.

Trueformboutiquemelbourne. Received acrylic jumpers that were supposed to be cashmere. Supposed to be from Melbourne but came from
a warehouse in China. They have site for Sydney and Miami but it’s all from China

Sizing was very small, one jumper had marks on the front. Both jumper’s had ugly outer seams on the neck that made them unwearable as they were supposed to be worn with collar up.

Company would not let me return the goods. They offered me a measly 10% refund with a 30% voucher to by more of their products. Why would I buy more rubbish from them. After several emails they agreed to a 70% refund but it was just a lie as it never happened. I contacted my bank and got all the money refunded. Do not buy from this company.

Quality is very poor. The finish on the dress is substandard. Do not waste your money on their clothing.

Asked to return item, but they would not do it, as it was on sale. You will notice that many of their items are on 'sale' - this allows them not to have to accept a return.

Quality and product description is not as described.

Do not buy anything from this online store - it is a SCAM.

The merchandise took forever to arrive. When I finally received it, I was so disappointed. I ordered five dresses that looked adorable online. In reality, the fabric was cheap, and the dresses looked like ugly nightgowns. I have emailed the company several times, and I keep getting the runaround. I am still trying to get a refund.

Absolutely the worst company!!! Their pictures are of actual dresses that are designer. What they send you is Chinese poor quality clothing! Absolutely do NOT buy from this company. They say you can return it but it is a high cost to the buyer. You will get 20% back and the dress isn’t even worth 10 dollars! Horrible company!

Deceptive advertising, inaccurate sizing, poor quality garments, insane shipping times from China, refund still has not appeared in my account.
Scamming liars. Avoid at all costs.
