Toner was good. But it prints better from an email than it copies. Don't copy too well. Colors are dull. Still happy with the product and price.

I had an issue with one of the ink cartridges being recognized by my printer. I called customer service, the phone was answered by a real person (Eddy), and he was very helpful. Immediately offered me a replacement if we couldn't resolve the issue over the phone. In the meantime, my printer decided to cooperate so no replacement was needed. My printer (Brother HL-L3270CDW series)…
My printer (Brother HL-L3270CDW series) needed new ink. I ordered from Amazon. Product appeared not to fit, so I returned it to Amazon. I then ordered from True Image and thought I had the same problem. They responded to my email with complete instructions on how to install. I had no idea replacement cartridges went inside existing drum unit after removal of old cartridge. No such info came from Amazon. Dana Tucker (Cust. service Mgr) was extremely helpful and I now have a working printer with better print quality than when I bought it!
