TrueProfile.io Reviews

Taking money without giving any service and even not answering inquiries

The verification took more than 1 month. The reply was not prompt when enquired regarding the required documents .

Takes forever to get a response. Advertise that once you get trueprofile verification at exorbitant rates, transferring to any authority is quick and seamless, however, doesn't appear to be the case.

It’s easy to do and fast

My name is dr. Wahyu Tri Novriansyah, from Indonesia. I have tried to use trueprofile for my educational (Medical degree and specialis) verification for MMC TPC application. I have paid twice in total 264 USD. But, still couldn't get verified. The status is "Stopped " for no reason. I contacted via email, but no response, there gone my 264 USD.

So, i bet 1 star is still too much.
It's a scam

Edited:
So i finally receive phone call and email regarding my issue.
They said, my university has not response back.
I contacted my uni, they actually did not receive any verification request from dataflow.

I provide them with email and link which my univ provide to education verification process.
It's already 3 weeks plus, and the haven't finish the issue.
What service

I would actually call this a scam. They emailed me for consent form to be signed which I did and emailed them back. No response after that. My verification was then marked as unsuccessful and the 'reason' is I didn't get in touch with them. Ridiculous!!! I have then contacted them again, no response whatsoever. There goes my 100 plus usd. Avoid at all cost.

Update 30 Jan 2025
I have filed a refund request via paypal on 27 Jan 2025 and I got my PSV report today on 30 Jan 2025.

First I thank you very much.
you are really helpful honest fast and accurate. YOUR COMMNICATION IS VERY GOOD.

Good communication

you pay to get a report and when you try to download it after some time they ask you to pay a premium subscription. Customer service wasn't responsive and there was no mention of a limited time to download on the email you receive once your report is complete.

Efficient and fast. However the instructions to upload document can be rather confusing, took some time to figure out the way to upload.

joke! you and your mate dataflow. thieves.

great experience so far, i will recommend others surely in the future . thank you trueprofile . thanks

Rapid response and outcome. Clear communication.

The support team is appreciated helpful and so patient

Helpful and corporative team.

I recently used TrueProfile.io’s verification services, and my experience has been exceptional. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily upload my documents and monitor the progress of my credential verification. TrueProfile.io’s use of blockchain technology is impressive, as it ensures that my personal information is secure and that the verification process is thorough and transparent. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Mr Omer Faki dedicated member who help me out of way and assisted me through out the licensing process.
Highly recommended for Golf licensing process.

To the higher authority of TrueProfile, if by chance, you all could read out this review, pls do respond and help me ASAP!

I have made my payment for the verification with USD 144 on 3/9/24.
Till 18/10/24 (which was already 6-7 weeks), my documents still not verified yet!

Have contacted the dataflow support group by email, scheduled phone consultation from 18/10/24 (ticket no 162961) till now still cannot be sorted out yet!!!! (Almost 2 weeks)

Last phone call was on 24/10/24, till today 30/10/24, yet still no reply despite I have been emailed the Dataflow support group team EVERYDAY!!!! NO REPLY AND NO UPDATE!

Pls… at least let me what should I do next? New application by paying again? Refund? Or anything you could offer me!!!

I’m rushing for my country national specialist registration meeting in December! If I miss it, I need to wait for next meeting which only will be conducted in another 4-5 months!!! Is your team going to compensate my lost??!!

I've paid to do my education verification. In the beginning, it is stated there that the process will be done within 35 days BUT after 35 days it just showed "DELAYED" for no reason. I tried to reach the customer service by their "contact us" but there are totally no responses AT ALL!!!! I texted them every single day for half month. Yet till now I still didn't get anything and my verification is still not yet be done. I'm super frustrated. Please don't use True Profile for verification is totally waste of time and money.
