The Truhouse Window team were friendly and professional. They kept in touch throughout and answered questions as they arose. I had a problem with cracking of the lime lime around the windows as they were being done and they sourced a new product to complete the work. I couldn't fault the service. I did have one issue around the mullion windows which it turned out (after I ordered) were too small to be able to open at 90 degrees and had to open at 60 degrees. When I flagged this as an issue the team tried really hard to find a way that this could be possible. It wasn't but I really appreciated all the trouble taken. A really professional team - I would highly recommend them. The two-men fitter team Adam and Steve were a joy to have about, cheerful, professional and they did a great job! Thank you all. I am delighted with my new windows!

We've been delighted from start to finish with Truhouse. Chris surveyed the property and put forward some really good suggestions and ideas. They kept us in the loop with the progress of our order. The fitters (Adam and Steve) are an absolute credit to Truhouse, they were prompt, neat, quick, flexible and took real pride in their work. We had coloured aluminium windows, french doors and bifolds fitted - the quality is superb. We would highly recommend Truhouse.

Truhouse offered a very thorough service, right from the first survey through to the final fitting and installation. The showroom has excellent examples of their work, and both Chris and Natalie were very efficient at planning and communicating with me. We are delighted with our front door, and have had numerous positive comments as to the quality and design.

I approached Tru for a quote having used them before for doors at my old house. My new home needed all new windows and doors throughout. Similar to other customer experiences, Tru show great service and care in getting you the right outcome. Easily forgotten these days is a great team who communicate with each other and you as the customer, keeping you informed at all points and rarer still, when promised. Andy and his son as fitters were diligent, tidy, polite and friendly and i had no concerns leaving them in my house. Tru werent the cheapest but thats a choice i made, believing that value remains long after price is forgotten. Ive dealt with them before and would do so again, without hesitating. If you really want to be looked after and not spun stories and sales patter, start and stop here.

We have just had a new composite front door and side panel fitted by Truhouse. The team were so professional, great communication especially in these COVID times and the fitters were excellent. The door has made such a difference to our home, not only relieving security concerns but it’s cut down on the draughty and let’s a lot more light into our hall. The door also looks fabulous!! I’d definitely recommend you going forward!

We had 2 bay windows and a bedroom window replaced by Truhouse this week and I can honestly say, the process went like clockwork. The two contractors, Andy and Jamie were true professionals. The windows were fitted perfectly including some woodwork rebuilding due to rot in the originals. I would not hesitate to recommend Truhouse to anyone considering new doors and windows for their home or business. From the initial survey to the final fitting, they were helpful, skilful and very friendly in all areas - first class service in every way.

As part of a kitchen refurb we decided to get some bifold doors and new windows. Truhouse were excellent from the initial measuring, helping choose window style and keeping us informed of delays due to supply chain problems (that’s a global pandemic for you!).

The fit team were extremely polite, friendly and professional. The install was brilliant and the doors and windows are great quality and made a real impact to the house.

The guys have just replaced my old UPvC patio doors with some very nice aluminium ones. First I will start by saying the doors themselves seem first class quality and I hope time will prove I am not wrong. However the main reason for my review is to applaud the service we had during the survey, ordering process and communication itself but primarily the installation.
The job was not an easy one as the doors had to be rebated due to incorrect fitting of the original. It was a horrible day with frequent torrential downpours There was no mess they succeeded in rebating with no damage to the existing decor ...amazing.
I have to say the guys (I got Steve but can't remember his partner on this one) were true professionals. I cannot recommend Truhouse enough. I have had several different companies do work on the glazing, doors and conservatory in the house I just wish I had found Truhouse earlier. They are top of my list for future work. Many thanks to all involved a really trouble free experience with fabulous results

Very very happy with this company. Third time windows have been installed at various times and cannot fault the professionalism of all staff on every occasion The windows Rose Heritage look so true to our original Victorian timber ones you cannot tell the difference. I would like to particularly mention Steve and Adam for their expertise, attention to detail and professionalism dealing with our instillation First class.

We've just had lovely Bereco timber windows and kitchen door installed by Truhouse. Excellent service from start to finish:- 1) Efficient and friendly initial sales and survey visits by Chris way back in February/March; 2) Clear communications from Bunny and Natalie during lockdown whilst I was "shielding"; 3) Much appreciated free storage of our windows and doors during lockdown; 4) Efficient installation this month by very considerate installers Steve and Adam, and finally 5) Promise of good after-sales service with regard to the small blemishes on paintwork on the door etc. The Truhouse team coped impressively well with the delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, providing great service in adverse conditions. More than happy to recommend to anyone requiring new or replacement windows and/or doors!

Tru have replaced all the old windows in our old renovated house. Absolutely love the colour of our new heritage range floating windows (pebble grey) and Bifold door with integral blinds (Blinds are a must). All such good quality and so so pleased with the work. The blokes arrived on the first morning and I had to rush off to work leaving them to it, having to trust them in the house and I really felt I could. So friendly and helpful and good communication with the staff in the office too. Few very small issues that they were more than accommodating to come back and sort with no issues or problems.
