Had a slight problem with a previously fitted stable door. Contacted Signature Windows who came out the same day to fix and advise. Exceptional after sales service and nothing was too much trouble (Comber)

Very good service, surprised at speed with which job was done.

Had three windows and patio door fitted just over a week ago great price we had shopped around and Signature won hands down on the price.
The two fitters arrived prompt and started working immediately they fitted all within three hours, no mess tidyed up everything. Showed us how to open and shut patio door, we had them fitted in grey which matches our front door perfectly.
We are thrilled with the finished job they look amazing the lads were very friendly got on with there job tidyed up and it all finished very maticulously.
I thought it would take about 5 to 6 hours but they worked as a team and fitted them quickly and precisely. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature windows from the Sales Representative (Sam) who was a lovely man with no hard sell or pressure to the two lads who fitted them they are a great Company.
If you are thinking of having new windows, doors fitted go to Signature windows you won't be dissapointed.

Had 3 windows fitted all went brilliant worker did grate job and very tidy.

Fantastic job, no nonsense,( had another firm quote 4x the price, keep saying we needed the windows cut out and stonework done and scaffolding etc etc , adding loads of extra cost on! And a rep who turned up 1.5 hours late! And didn’t want to leave! )
No regrets choosing Signature, Craig didn’t put us under any pressure and John did a tidy clean job installing. Graham listened to all of the details we gave during the survey! Done within a fortnight too! Brilliant job all round will definitely use them again!

A first class company. They replaced 9 windows &2 doors on my house, for a good price. I was kept informed @ each stage of my purchase both by phone & text. The lads who installed everything were polite & professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish

We had the windows and doors replaced in our house in January 2025. They came earlier than agreed as they claimed they were quieter than expected. It needed 18 separate windows and doors and we paid £15000 for these. It took three days to complete the work and on the face of it, the work and the workmen were excellent. We were fooled.

After a day we noticed the the back sliding door was difficult to close, jarring on closure as it was hitting the frame. After a call, a repair engineer called. It said it was probably just slightly mis-aligned. It told me it was better after working on it, but I disputed this after sliding it shut and said it wasn't. He then said the grass was in but it had possibly bent while it was stood in the warehouse. He took the glass out, turned around and replaced it. Hi left as he had another urgent fitting and said if it doesn't get any better, just get in touch.
I left it a week and called again, mobile switched off. Land line ... no answer.
Later in the month I called again. "No problem, we'll schedule a time for another fitter to call." On the prescribed date, we got a call. "Sorry the fitter has phoned in sick, we'll ring you next week."
No call. When I called them, "all the fitters are booked up for at least three weeks" Please call again.

At this time I received multiple calls from the office asking for me to leave a review. THIS IS THE REVIEW YOU WANTED.

Finally after at least two months, a fitter was scheduled and arrived. He fixed the door and said that the holding screws had been inserted at an angle and not straight on, making the door pull in the wrong direction. Sorted at last.

Next we found that the bathroom window was letting in a draught down one side. Again after a prolonged period trying to arrange a fitter, he arrived and packed the window with plastic to make the window fit better.

In the meantime, one of our rubber washes had split on the inside back door, making the handle wobble when closing. He didn't have a handle with him but would tell the office that it needed replacing (although I had already done this) and would send a fitter next week.
Two months later, we get a call saying "we have your new handle and will come next week to replace it"
The guy comes, fits the handle which wasn't the same as the previous one and for 24 hours, it's fine. Next morning, it breaks so we can't use the door. I phone up 3pm on Friday afternoon after I finish work. The office girl will tell the fitter's boss. He will call back. I ring back at 4.30pm as he hadn't called. "He's gone home" I asked if she had told him that we didn't have a door to use and she said "He know's"

Monday morning - "He's not in the office till 9am and then he won't ring you till 9.30am" I wait.... patiently!!!

Monday afternoon - "We'll have to order a part"
Friday Morning - Any News on when you're coming to fix the door? 'All the fitters are busy but we'll sort it on Monday when we devise the weeks jobs"

The following Friday, my wife calls and is very annoyed. We'll sort it on the 30th April, We have the part just need a fitter. "you upset the office girl by your tone of voice"

Today - Any news?
"Your wife was very rude on Friday" That's because we haven't got a door that we can close.
"He says that you had one replacement so can't have another" Your replacement was obviously sub-standard.
"He says that he'll need to order a new door handle" He told my wife he had one.
"He says that you'll have to go through the insurance as we can't come out there again" Disbelief!!!

"Signature Windows, is a new company now so you can't claim anything against us"

Can I come and get the handle that he told my wife he has and get someone else to fit it. Se did go and ask him. "No go through the insurance"

I feel sorry for the young girl in the office as he hasn't the bravery to even speak to me on the phone.

This has been useful to vent my pent up anger but I know from reading previous comments that the company don't respond to bad reviews. Take my word, the after sales service is abysmal. Take a chance with these and you may be lucky as a lot of people have been, but if a fault occurs, don't expect a solution from Signature Windows.

Absolutely love my doors they have made such a difference to the look of our room!!!

A really tidy job. Chris and Charlie had a few challenges but overcame them admirable. The lads left the site spotless. The windows look so neat and the whole experience from order to survey to fitting was of a more than satisfactory standard. I can recommend this business as 5 star.

The guys Chris and Charlie done a fantastic job they were very professional and courteous and they went the extra mile can’t praise them enough.

Cris and lad were brilliant.Excellent service from start to finish clean and tidy would definitely recommend this company for windows and doors.

The fitters (Chris) arrived early, and completed the work quickly. It all looks fantastic and I can feel the difference in the quality of the windows straight away by how quickly the house heated up once the work was completed.

From the initial quote stage, through the technical survey, and onto the installation, dealing with Signature Windows & Doors was easy, and without any hard-sell.
Mike spent lots of time explaining options and costs, and Chris made a great job of the installation leaving all rooms clean.
As far as price is concerned, Signature were very competitive with no hidden costs.
