Seen an advertisement online for a grant towards windows and doors for home owners. Filled out a quick survey and they rang to book a consultation straight away. Our Sales guy Sam was great and came at a time that fitted around our work schedules. We were advised that not all windows needed to be replaced as half the house was done 10 years ago, but when they are needed I will 100% be coming back to this company. Our surveyor Graeme was straight to the point, honest and had the best interest of the house at heart which we are very thankful for. We were able to book the fitting just 2 weeks later and our fitter John was amazing, every window is immaculate and he was extremely tidy and efficient. The windows and door have made such a difference to the house, we could not be happier. They may not have been to cheapest quote but we definitely went for quality and the customer service we have received throughout has been faultless.

The fitting was excellent, fitted in half day 2 doors, left everything clean and tidy.
Definitely use them again a would recommend them.

We have had a seamless experience since ordering our new windows. The process was extremely easy from start to finish. The fitters were particularly helpful working around our availability and noticing any faults, then going on to fix these faults at no extra cost to us.

Work was done quicker than expected and left the house as they found it

The team were very nice, clean and tidy and efficient in fitting. Having my windows and doors upgraded has made the house look brand new. A few issues along the way but rectified quickly and the team were very receptive to feedback and welcomed any improvements that I suggested. I would recommend the company 100%

Brilliant service from initial consultation appointment, surveyor, installation and after care service. We had 6 windows installed, fitters were prompt, polite and tidy. Communication was fabulous throughout the whole experience. We can genuinely recommend them to others.

Sales rep was very good from the start explained every detail surveyor came and measured up had no problems the two guys that came and fitted windows had the old ones out in no time also cleaned everything up as they were going around no mess at all fitted new windows very happy with, would recommend signature windows Definitely.

Amazing quality windows and excellent workmanship , no mess left , very clean and tidy.

I had some excellent quality windows and doors fitted in December, a very fair price and the fitter was clean and tidy. The whole house was completed in less than a week and the team have been great with providing follow up calls and checks. Thanks :)
