Trust Telecom support was prompt and patient. Praveen called within a few minutes, was allowed access to my PC and installed the desktop app so i can make and receive calls from my PC. No need to hold the phone in my hands.

Lost phone and internet on Friday night spoke to customer service Saturday for about two hours trying everything they said I am a business owner of a very busy garage with mots repairs , brakedowns etc now been told Monday will be sorted and spoken with a manger to be told that Openreach will be coming from 8/1 o’clock Tuesday five days later still no response from Openreach company said a new router was sent too come today still nothing ask Costomer service again waiting for a response or another lie my business is losing money now five days in no phone or internet lucky we have a card Mechine that has own sim very disappointed in this company it’d you have any trouble with phone lines this is not the company you want to be with trust business to put you out of it

RUBIN IS THE BEST SALES PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER MET. I switched over from Bonline and Rubin made this transfer straighforward and was super helpful.

After the engineer installed my broadband it was still not working which was quite frustrating. But I received a call from Pintu who, via WhatsApp video call talked me through every step so we fixed it together.
Pintu was very helpful, professional and patient as my studio was busy with people and I kept getting interrupted.

Was with xln thinking i was paying £35 a month untill Rubin came into my shop and questioned it and made me look at my bill and realised i was paying £70 plus . I changed immediately and glad i did been paying now £45 a month for 4 months and still paying the same now. We left Talk Talk who we had been usıng for more than 10 years. But, when Mr. Abdul Aiı Elaouzı approached us we decıded to switch.

We had amazing support from our Account Manager Mr. Elaouzı and when we called hım for support, ıt dıd not matter ıf ıt was morning/evening or weekends, we had a prompt response, whenever we called.
