We left Talk Talk who we had been usıng for more than 10 years. But, when Mr. Abdul Aiı Elaouzı approached us we decıded to switch.

We explained our requirements to Mr. Elaouzı and he listened ıntentıvely. And we trusted hıs judgement and professionalism ın provıdıng us with a solution to the problems we had.

We had amazing support from our Account Manager Mr. Elaouzı and when we called hım for support, ıt dıd not matter ıf ıt was morning/evening or weekends, we had a prompt response, whenever we called.

The backup technical support team Mr. Elaouzı assıgned to us were also very professional especially Prasenjt, who went the extra mıle for us even at the weekends.

Conclusion

I would recommend Trust Business to any busıness looking for quality of service, value and a sales manager who responds ımmedıately,.

Trust Busıness has human ınteractıon on the fly and NOT automated answering machines, when you need help.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this broadband company. They advertised a cheap monthly price and made it sound like I was getting a great deal, but after signing up, my bills started increasing with little to no clear explanation. The pricing they promised and the pricing they actually charged were completely different.What made the experience even worse I was trying to cancel. Customer service was unhelpful, I was passed between departments, and every attempt to leave was met with excuses, delays, or additional charges. It felt like they were making it as difficult as possible to end the contract.The whole experience has been frustrating, misleading, and stressful. If you're considering this provider, read every detail carefully and be prepared for unexpected price increases and a difficult cancellation process. This by far is the worst company I have ever been with

prasenjit was really help to fit my issue about ongoing my transfer internet day. succefully configured internet is up and running.

Prasenjit handled the Oyster setup professionally and demonstrated good technical knowledge throughout the process. The setup was completed efficiently with proper attention to detail, and all necessary configurations were carried out correctly. Communication and coordination were maintained properly during the task, ensuring smooth progress without unnecessary delays.

HI, had a problem with time on my phone handset not updating after start of DST. One message to customer service, received a call back within minutes, change were made at the server end and now its all good. Excellent service the IT/Tech guy.

Very disappointing experience with Trust Business.

I switched my business broadband from BT after being promised that my monthly bill would match my previous BT bill of around £38-39 per month. Based on those assurances, I agreed to move my service and ended up paying around £160 early termination charges to BT.

After switching:
- monthly invoices increased to £51-58+
- additional charges kept appearing
- CCTV and internet setup issues remained unresolved
- customer support was extremely poor
- I repeatedly chased updates with little or no response

A manager even asked me to send all evidence and billing details through personal WhatsApp, but after sending everything requested, communication mostly stopped.

As a business owner, reliable internet and honest billing are extremely important. Unfortunately this whole experience caused financial loss, stress, wasted time, and disruption to my business.

I strongly recommend that other businesses:
- get every promise in writing
- carefully check all invoices
- fully understand contract terms before switching

I am now pursuing a formal complaint regarding this matter.

I was connecting my WiFi extender in our restaurant, Mr Praveen was very helpful and patiently helped us set the boaster over the phone.
