I had no idea that TFA no longer trading, it was only in the past couple of days i wondered why my pre-probate payment hadn't been withdrawn. So what happens to the money ive paid for this service

I felt pressured to sign up there and then, which l did. After checking some of the information we were given, felt we were mislead. Cancelled my application shortly after.

Lead generation (marketing list) co, not solicitors
This company advertises as a legal service offering wills. Only after clicking on their misleading link and getting a call from a very aggressive and pushy man on the phone did I figure out they are a lead generation company, not a solicitor specialised in writing wills. This guy was obnoxious because I didn't fall for his nonsense. I believe they gather your info and then sell it to solicitors looking for clients. I'd rather find my own solicitor based on reputation and my specific needs instead of someone who pays for my name and details. I made it clear to TFA after learning they are not solicitors but a lead generation outfit to remove my info from their database and said I'm not interested in doing business with them. Now I am getting spam calls from will purveyors I'm not interested in working with. Aren't TFA supposed to remove your details if you request it?

I think most people would find a little bit pressured with everything to absorb and when you say free it's not because your asking for 250 pounds if it was pay after 48 hours that gives people time to think

This company is completely useless they took our deposit in May 2024 and still in end of September 2024 we have had nothing and have also had monthly payments totalling £724 with nothing to show. Have called many times to enquire where the Will is to be fobbed off each time . Called to say we are now cancelling the plan which apparently they can’t do as they can’t transfer my call to the cancellation department I have to wait for them to call me in next few days which obviously will not happen either!!!
