I had no idea that TFA no longer trading, it was only in the past couple of days i wondered why my pre-probate payment hadn't been withdrawn. So what happens to the money ive paid for this service

Paul one of your advisors came on…
Paul one of your advisors came on Monday evening. He guided us through the process of writing a will and making sure that provision was made for our children in the event of our death, so they could sell the property and have the funds for themselves. He spent 2 hours explaining the process and we have decided to proceed with his advice and write our wills.

The 1st phone call which happened…
The 1st phone call which happened before I’d got off the page, said it was a free consult on a will/poa, no pressure to buy. When the man came around I felt a pressure to commit, if he hadn’t rung the area boss I’d have been paying nearly twice as much. After some thought I decided it was too expensive for me and I didn’t like the mixed messages on what was what and wasn’t on offer.

The gentlemen who attended were pleasant and knowledgeable about the product, and fully explained it, so I decided to go ahead with it. However I felt the salesman assumed I would be purchasing by requesting ID documents and payment before I had actually made that decision.

I was very impressed with Aaron Myatt

Home visit
We still have a few questions to be answered! Which hopefully will be addressed in the next few days. I was under the impression the visit was an interim meeting to discuss our wants as to a will making etc - understand what has been said but still in the dark about the wills to be drafted and how the procedure will be conducted. Very very unsure!! Certainly not what I expected!!
