Ruth was super helpful, I'm new to using TrustID and she made it very quick and easy

the app downloads on the phone, trying to use the app error "Something went wrong. Please try again" chat bot says your phone is compatible, then gets you to run around in circles for about an hour, then you wait for a human for about 30 minutes, the human then tells you that your device is not compatible, and you should contact your employer. half a day wasted. Just another gang forcing people to buy new smartphones. It should be illegal. You should have multiple id verification methods to suit all users, as opposed to just one that suits you.

I registered through an agency and attempted to upload my Right to Work documents as an international student. I submitted four different documents to demonstrate that I have completed my course and am eligible to work full-time, including:
Course Completion Letter, Academic Transcript which comes in email, Proof of Study showing the course end date
term letter for current year(which wasn't require as per guideline because already finish my course with good grade)

University only allowing to send all information about course completion and result in standrad email. Despite uploading these documents and trying approximately eight times with different combinations and variations, my application was repeatedly rejected. Each time, I received the same generic response stating that I needed to provide one of the approved documents, such as a term-time letter, graduation certificate, course completion letter, or expected end date letter.

However, I have already provided documents that meet these requirements, including a course completion letter. Unfortunately, there appears to be no clear explanation for the rejection, making the process extremely frustrating.

I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain a manual review or approval from TrustID, as these repeated rejections are now affecting my joining date with my employer as its been 2 weeks we are trying to approve. This situation has caused significant stress and embarrassment, despite my best efforts to provide all the required evidence. we contacted customer service they said upload same we will allow but again failed
