Scammers united. What a disappointing way of making money by getting your money by deceiving people and then dodging instead of giving proper support. Product unintentially ordered at gpslocatorphone.com. Try for 99 cents and the next day charge 60 dollar.

Hate to admit it. But I’ve been scammed by this company.
Paid by credit card so trying to dispute as it’s just false.
Paid 36p then charged £49.80 which I never authorised- however may be in the small print if I can ever find an agreement.

A big scam, they charge you 8p to send a fake text all to take your money monthly and bill you £50 a month, there is no real customer service so you cannot try to get a refund. Contact your bank to do this if you have been scammed by them as I have!

They advertise the service as free. Then they charge you ten cents. In my case I used my PayPal account.
They do not state that you somehow agreed to be billed $49 monthly for their "services". So it's a scam. I sent them an email. You have to cancel through a third party. I did. I do have a confirmation email. But I will be watching my PayPal account closely for anything from that business. It is a bait and switch service. I will be reaching out to Pay Pal so it knows this is a scam. Of a company that purposefully deceives people into signing up indefinitely for monthly billings without their consent.

Spent 38p on locatorphone.com to find a family phone location and it subscribe me to catchit.com, without even asking me. followed the cancel plan instruction leading me to tryhelp.net which was a defunct website with the only chat not working. Basically mu senses became suspicious and I cancel by bank card to be safe, DO NOT USE THEM.....SCAM!!!!

Tryhelp.vip is an absolutely useless service. I attempted to cancel a Trial subscription service with COSTEXT.COM. Despite Notification and logging the issue with TRYHELP COSTEXT.COM attempted to FRAUDULENTLY DEBIT my CC for $39.99

Please take care and act immediately.

The Tryhelp service portal is DISFUNCTIONAL.

I was charged fraudulently for a subscription with Chamspy who use this platform to manage subscriptions. I tried to sign in with the password sent to me and link from Chamspy but was blocked from access so can't cancel. Chamspy just keep telling me to go to TryHelp via the link and cancel there as they don't handle it but I can't do have tried many ways with no luck. This site comes up as a scam in my protection and won't let me open it. I have contacted my bank to report this charge and both sites but don't know how to ensure my details are removed from both.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Not only does it not work, I've just had a bill for £49 for zero. The online help isn't working. It's a 100% scam.

Repeated questions with no answers. So ridiculous.

TryHelp is apparently a finance processor, so I don't know whether TryHelp itself is the scam artist, or whether they just enable other scammers. I foolishly clicked “yes” to a 38¢ (that's THIRTY EIGHT CENTS) charge when trying to use a “phone finder” on my own misplaced phone. There was ZERO mention of *any* further charges to come. 24 hours later, I got an emailed receipt for my new “subscription” (no mention of that originally either) for $49.80! I'm sorry, it's just fraud. I did click through the link in the email to “find out more” and engaged the chatbot, which oh-so-kindly canceled my subscription for me before I had even had a chance to ask for that. Then I asked for a refund for the existing charge, and it offered me either 50% back immediately or 100% back after they keep my money for 30 days! When I told the bot I expected interest to accrue to my account for those thirty days, it coughed up some sad verbiage about how it's my own fault for not reading the (nonexistent) fine print and they work hard and need money for their (nonexistent) efforts on my addlepated behalf. And offered the Marshmallow Test-esque 50% now/100% later thing again. Wow, ballsy scamming there, TryHelp! In the immortal words of Yoda—"Do or do not. There is no TRY."

Tryhelp and affiliates have taken 749 dollars aud out if my account so soeven even unscribing and keep getting messgings saying your accont is actived which i never did, costext,phonelocation
