Trymagics Reviews

The bras are nothing like they describe them on the website. They are so cheap looking. I have been trying to contact the company since February 12th and no response. I would like my money back they are not worth what I paid and don't even look like the product I seen when I ordered the. This company is lacking a lot of customer care help.

🚨🚨TOTAL SCAM PRODUCT AND COMPANY!🚨🚨
FIRST and foremost, the items (2) were advertised and supposed to be "FREE SHIPPING", but they charged my card $19.95 ×2, and they came in THE SAME 6"x 4" plastic package!
Items were completely different from the items advertised. The thin straps and size were not as advertised. This is an absolutely useless product.
As for the "contact us for help" email farce, it's a complete waste of time. As there are no replies.

Same issues everyone else on here. Saw it on tiktok. Thought $10 for comfy looking bra what a bargain. Ended being a total of $26 on the invoice but $36 came out of my account. Tried to cancel order to find it had already processed. Lucky my bank had flagged transaction as possible fraud.

Decided to look up reviews on here. Which i wish I had done earlier. Contacted my bank to let them know it was fraud then cancelled my credit card. Commbank was really good and returned my money.

I also put a complaint into Tiktok to get a reply company has removed ad. Funny thing is they end using other account for different ads for the same product. Also notice they have comments locked on ads. Which makes it even more suss.

Im never buying anything on Tiktok again before I do my research.

I order 2 bras with the silicone going around under your breast. I received a 2 bras that were not what I ordered!!!! You just took my money not just one but I had 3 transactions on my card. You scammed me.Just checked date on my calendar.

I would give it a minus 100 if possible. Avoid at all costs. They are slippery, conniving thieves. They sell junk through very dubious means such as Facebook. Very slick and totally dishonest. I had to cancel my credit card because the scam is so devious and I had no idea whether I had signed up for more useless products forever because they didn't give me a chance to check my order. Tried to cabcel order immediately and they said items had been posted. Advertised in Australian dollars but charged in US dollars so 80% more than I believed. Total crooks and product is junk and unusable. They promised me a 40% refund 2 weeks ago. They're still looking into it. I'll get my moneys worth by wasting their time.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.

Don’t buy from this site. They are very sneaky and offer a very good deal. They asked if I wanted to add a 3rd bra for $4.95 to the initial purchase and boom they made it to a second transaction. The second transaction is greater with the shopping amount than the product itself. My thought was that they were going to add the 3rd bra to the first purchase. Later a get another second email giving a total different confirmation number. Meaning they were 2 different transactions and I only authorized one. This is a scam to customers.

Very disappointed ☹️

DO NOT BUY BRAS FROM TRYMAGICS THEY ARE A SCAM! I GOT SCAMMED. After I made the order they too out of my acc $30,$40,$40 again and kept going until I realised and called my bank. Please guys do not fall for the scam!

Popup shows busty girl putting on a comfy stretch bra with wide straps. Took a chance for a price of 9.99 plus $5 shipping but it showed a completed total of $20. My BANK SHOWS TWO CHARGES: one for $20 and another for $35. This is as evil as it gets out here. The charge shows TryMagic but the bank shows GIRLYORBIT

They charged me twice bras are a joke for 70 dlls they make me spend with the little trick in the end

I was just about to order but I always read the small print. In the cart it says magics reward free. However, I read the section that says view billing. It states that you have a free 10-day trial period. If you do not cancel 3 days before the trial period you will be charged $39.99 every 30 days. Also it looks like they make it very hard to cancel the membership. I tried to opt out of the free trial but it will not let me. Needless to say, I did not order the bras.

First of their advertised shipping fee was wayyy cheaper than the actual price, and even after it charge me an additional £10 for shipping, my receipt still said the cheaper price. Now onto the product itself, it came in a SANDWICH BAG, smelt strange, and is not the same product as their website. So boo all around. It is comfortable, but so would many many others be.

Same experience as all the other people here.
I purchased something and the shipping was supposed to be free but I ended up paying it a lot. Then after the payment I saw that a renewal payment was being set on my card. I immediately blocked the renewal program on the card. After a week they tried to charge my card for 39.97$ and it got blocked.

I contacted the customer service and they now say they have canceled my subscription but I don't trust them. Just don't buy from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are not true to size at all. I predict a 3x that's the size it said I needed for a 38 ddd. This thing barely fits a b cup. I will not recommend this company to anyone ever.

I ordered the bra. It is not what they advertised. It has no support at all. I was charged $38.38 which was not the advertised amount. Then I was charged another $58.78 ??? Why I don’t know. I have reported this to my bank and am waiting for the response. I wish I had read the reviews before I got conned into buying this as I have now spent nearly $100 on a rubbish bra that is not worth anything. ICANNOT EXPRESS HOW ANGRY I AM.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not buy from here. Products are not as advertised and they have absolutely no way to contact directly. It makes you start a ticket thru email if you want yo contact them and they DO NOT RESPOND. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

My own bank just saved me, I think! Three different cards I tried wouldn't process. That's when I thought, hmm, maybe it's the site, not the cards. Thanks, Trustpilot!

Only gets one star because I have to give it one. I hit review order and it charged my card for the order and increased my shipping by $10. You can only send a form to customer service and they have a no cancellation policy. I am beyond pissed about being charged for these products. Put a complaint in with my bank and hope I can get this fixed before they charge me again like other people who left reviews. It’s a scam. Do NOT order.

I only gave 1 star because I can't post a review without it, they actually get 0 stars from me. This company is a total scam!! Their size charts do you no good, it don't matter how diligent you are. The total price when I ordered and what they actually charged me doesn't match, in fact it's almost double of what I agreed to pay. The sizes of the bras are waaaay off! I ordered an extra large for my 38DD chest and got some training bras instead. No replies to my emails, so I had to do a charge dispute with my credit card. 100% TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely rip off cons.

I wish I could give zero stars. The product did not have the dimensions they stated. It's waaaay too small. They also don't allow for any exchanges or for refunds. They specifically state that for example if you order a large and the product you receive is sized like a small it doesn't matter because the tag says large. The size guidelines are completely false. The pictures on the site do not reflect the reality of the product. I tried the bras, and the picture shows a much wider band and cup. There's obviously less fabric, and what I received is not what was promised. I am not just unsatisfied with how it fits. It was clear that out of the package the dimensions are different. It's definitely substandard. It's a huge scam. I am furious.
