It’s a SCAM! I ordered 2 bras selected $4.95 shipping then they offered me another bra for 4.95 so I did it. They charged me $14.73 shipping for the first two bras and $14.73 shipping for the second. After immediately contacting them I waited days and heard nothing. Then went digging and found out they charged you $40 after a month. Immediately allied my bank told them the story and disputed the charges and got them blocked. I personally don’t even want the bras. I just want my money back.

Wow I should have done my reached better cause that would have saved me $39.00 just a waste and everything that they said they would take you from hanging to put in the right spots what a FLIPPING LIE Looks like a thong covering you boobs

This won't post my review unless ive left something so i’d give it 0 stars!! This store trymagics.com is a scam! I am livid!! Can we all just go and report it to the Shopify merchant complaint centre.. Hopefully someone there will pay attention to this matter! Worst shopify store experience ever!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 bras and they charged me more than advertised. Then they have an offer that states an addtl one for $4.95 but when you order it the charge an additl $19.95. They also charged me a subscription fee that I never authorized in the amount of $39.97 which i disputed abd eventually got it refunded. I received the items that I ordered an XXL which on their sizing chart it's fits a DD cup but they actually fit a B cup. The worst experience ever.

It was a joke it was nothing like what it showed and I am so disappointed

They are scammers! Xharged me 25 dollars for a bra that is costs 10!! And then another 40 dollars was withdrawn from my account. I have been writing to them for a week and nobody answered me. Please don't buy anything from there they are SCAMMERS

DO NOT ORDER -
When ordering you are required to click the terms and conditions box to proceed. Hidden in the fine print of the terms and conditions is a statement that signs you up to their subscription service allowing them to charge you 2 weeks post purchase and continue to charge you monthly.

The product When recieved is not true to size. I ordered a 2XL as per the sizing guidelines. I don't think it would fit someone who fell in the S/M guidelines. It does not even come close to fitting.

This order processed without my approval. Shows a "review order" button on the first screen, doesn't give a review with shipping and submit order. I messaged right away to cancel and no reply. I disputed the charges with my card company.

It also charges a $39 US membership fee following.

Trymagic is not the real name of the company. I found out from my Visa Cust. Service it is under Frilly Flair, us I told her I do not recognized the company. Just charge my acount another order that I do not even know what I paid for. Yes I have ordered a bra and as everyone is saying here, it did not even allowed me to review my order just went thru after inputting credit card number.

When you click the box of their Term and conditions, which you have to, it enrols you to a subscription that they will charge you after 2 weeks of ordering.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I got charged more than what I agreed to and after disputing, I got some money back. Only to receive my order and it wasn't even item I ordered or the right size.

Beware of this company....I had to cancel my card at the bank because they put amounts through when I only made 1 order....YOU CAN NOT GET HOLD OF THEM FOR REFUNDS ETC....THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY......Also quote you in NZD but put charge through USD🤬....PRODUCT IS FLIMSY AND SHITE...NOT AS PER PICTURES AND DEFINITELY NOT FOR TOP HEAVY WOMEN...

I just ordered a bra for 9.95 with the cheapest delivery option. Then I was given an offer of another bra for 4.95.i said ok. What should have been 1 order for 15.00 plus 6 for shipping....turned into 2 separate orders and the 4.95 bra has shipping total of 22.00. So they charged me 23.00 and right after they charged me 26.00. I paid twice what I should have. This company sucks! Now, after hitting finished, they want me to verify my identity with my ID. NO FREAKING WAY AM I GIVING YOU THIEVES MY ID!!!!!!!

Horrible, complete SCAM, company. Bras are very cheaply made and nowhere near the correct size even though labeled correctly. XXL might fit a 6 year old. No returns. SCAM

Would give zero stars if possible.. I was only going to review my cart and suddenly i had purchased? And it was more expensive then what i was originally informed.. They charged me TWICE and 10 days later they charged me an extra 40$ for no reason. I tried contacting them on email but no reply..

FRAUD!!! Never sent the product and took more money than originally agreed upon . THEN turned around and took another 45.00 a few days later. The bank said it came from Gentbuilt.com I called this number and a lady said they do refunds from the TicTok shop (weird) but then hung up on me because I wasn't as efficient as she was and had 30 people waiting in line behind me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I’m so disappointed in this family business not sure but I feel it’s a scam they never mentioned I was going to be charged in usd and when pushed review payment it never reviewed it just purchased and then I was sent a email of actual prices It had change change after the fact they already processed payment? And without my knowledge! so mad and that means there’s no real bargain no deal and just taking advantage so rude.

I believe based on my experience and the other reviews i see here that this company is a scam. I almost fell for it, luckily my bank thought it was suspicious and blocked the purchase.I saw the ad for their bras on tiktok and it took me to an external site. Luckily when I tried to put my card info in and buy it my bank texted me and thought it was a fraud charge to my card, that made me second guess the purchase because the price it said was going to charge to my card was 15$ more than the price of the item and shipping should have been. Here I looked closer at the site and found out in the small print that it would charge you for a Subscription and it doesn't tell you that at all when you add it to your cart

I would give it zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. I purchased 3 of their bras from a video placed on TIkTok. The link on TikTok took me to an off platform site, which should have been my first clue. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt because the TikTok video. I now believe the company stole the video from the influencer that "modeled" their product. The order I placed originally stated $4.95 for shipping, but I was charged for $14.95. The order that arrived were not the size I ordered. They were also woefully smaller than what would be considered an American 2x. I've messaged the company multiple times that claims they respond within 48-72 hours. NOTHING.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They claim to be a small family business, that may be true, but their business is inferior products and no customer service. Don't waste your time or your money.

The site is a scam. It didn’t mention they are charging me in USD and when the items arrived they’re very substandard. Then they automatically subscribed me and $65 has been deducted from my account for” I don’t know what service”. I have to cancel my card since the details have been compromised on advise on financial institution. Please do not buy from them as they will use your card details to scam you.
